Rodney AraujoVery poor communication to customers. It was recommended to me that battery life would be "up to 24 months based on recommended usage." The battery hardly lasts a couple of hours !! Also I wasnt told that delivery charges would be applicable. When it was delivered I had to pay courier charges. Though not a big amount, but the point here is that customers should be told everything clearly.

I had a very bad experience with this, what so called a company, where they sent me the wrong product and never bothered to replace it. They are dishonest , crafty liars, shifty and will never care once they get your money.

Imran ChohanDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This is the worst company that i have EVER dealt with. Never had such a bad experience before. I do not even think it is a proper company, more likely 1 or 2 individuals pretending to be a genuine company. There is no listed office address or anything. Seriously DODGY (I wish i cheked them out properly before i decided to choose them). They said they were going to re install windows for me, they returned my laptop telling me it was fixed when in fact the problem was not resolved. I then contacted them and they told me that they had repaired the windows and not re-installed it which is what i had paid for. I sent it back them and they said they would sort it out properly this time. I kept trying to get updates but they avoided my calls by not answering and ignored my messages. When i did manage to speak to the guy (Said his name was Andrew, but in actual fact the guy is called Janith Jayasanka......Thats right, the same guy who has left a positive comment about his own little sham of a company. so you can completely ignore everything that he has said) he would tell me that the laptop is fixed and that i would get the laptop delivered to me that same day. Lo and behold, i would not receive my laptop that day and they would ignore my calls and messages until the following day when i would be told the same story. This same thing happened for over a week until i had come to the end of my tether. I had to contact my lawyers and the police in order for this guy to take me seriously. Only once i informed him that my lawyers and the police would be contacting him did he decide to start responding to me. He said the laptop was fixed and would be delivered to me by 6pm (same old story as always). 6pm came and no laptop delivered so i tried to contact him but surprise surprise, the guy was ignoring my calls and messages along with my lawyers calls. I had to contact the courier guy whose number i had saved. Only by passing a message through him did i receive a call from Andrew aka Janith, he told me that i would get my laptop by 8. I finally received my laptop at 9:30pm. The courier guy told me once he gave me the laptop that the guys could not fix the laptop and it was still not repaired. So Andrew aka Janith had lied to me about that also. I demanded my money back and the courier who works with these guys gave me the money but had the cheek to say i would still be charged for pickup and drop off (i got that money back too). Bottom line......DO NOT TRUST THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AMATEUR GOOD FOR NOTHING PEOPLE. P.S. By the way.......the manager has a Australian number, no local number so you cannot even contact the guy aka David unless you spend a fortune making a international call
