I have taken my laptop to MyCelcare twice. Both times they have been pleasant, efficient and cheap. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is that 2-3 months after my first visit my computer broke with the same issue as before. Fortunately they serviced my laptop for free which was a lovely surprise!

Landed in Dubai 7am, got to hotel at 10am shopped around online for a repair trying to get the best price. These guys offered a reasonable price plus they had the replacement part in stock. A lot of the other repair services dont not have the parts. A courier picked up my Oneplus3 which had a smashed screen at 12pm at my hotel, 6 hours later returned completely fixed. These guys are awesome I had second thoughts as anyone would, giving your phone away to a stranger in the desert literally!!! But having read the reviews on Google I felt comfortable. Dont hesitate these guys will help you out.

DISONEST COMPANY!! Gave the same laptop to check whats the problem in 2 different occasions to see if they were going to lie and charge more not knowing they already price it. THEY asked more money than the first time and told a DIFFERENT problem. When confronted they said my laptop was fixed that first time and was a different subject. My laptop was NOT fixed and was not a different problem. Dishonest Employee to get my money by creating excuses. TERRIBLE! Asked 3 times for manager cellphone and he didnt provide yet.

Celcare has repaired my wifes I-phone twice, yesterday I brought my Dell laptop for repair as the touchpad wasnt working anymore, at the spot they checked the probale cause and the battery needed to be replaced. 2.30PM I gave ok for repair and at 7PM they brought the repaired laptop at my home,this service is not only perfect, but exceptional!!!. I will write a post on the Dutch in Dubai forum as well.

iPhone 6 screen cracked. If they were professionals they will say there might a risk of malfunction with the TouchID function. They didnt know or they didnt care. In a recent trip to US, in official Apple store, they told me the screen these guys put was FAKE. I guess they are good with other devices, definitely not with iPhones.

I would recommend them to anyone. I used their services once the screen on my note 4 broke. They gave me a reasonable quotation and then proceeded to pick up my phone from my location, fix it and then delivery it back in a days time. Great service. Their receipt has a warranty for the parts as well. The repaired screen started to come loose after 3 months of use and I was a little worried that I would have to pay again. But the team was great - when I called and informed them of the issue, my phone was collected, fixed and returned same day at no extra cost. Thanks guys.

They are very fast, we have got our devices fixed within 1-2 hours, including changing of the electric board, screen guards. After smashing my phone while on a hiking holiday I needed to get the screen fixed fast. I rang Celcare and that day I was able to drop the phone off. I was worried they would not be able to replace the screen and still have 3D touch enabled on my iPhone 6s but as they use manufacturer parts they were able to do this. The best part is they repalaced my screen in 20 minutes flat and at an affordable price! Thanks Celcare!

Everyone who spoke to me over facebook and by phone was very helpful and informative in explaining the problems I was facing with my phone. Replace broker iphone 6s at aed 520 for one year guarantee - but be careful it only guarantee techinical issues not personal damage . I dropped the phone a few times and the replaced screen got broken again . So I went to them , and they replaced a used screen which at least make my phone working again though left corner of the used screen is dark but its free..

I am really very thankful to MYCELCARE Team. Last week I was in Dubai on a business trip. Last day of my trip I had to present my some important presentation. I was suddenly stuck in terrible situation. That Sunday I was packing my baggage to take off just after my presentation in that after noon. During preparations my mac was fell down hard and get damaged. I was panic. That presentation was the asset of my all trip. I called Mycelcare, they send their team worker to me less than 45 minutes. And commit me to give it back after repair within few hours on urgent basis. As per our commitment they send my repaired mac after 3 Hrs. They made my presentation successful which was seemed to me impossible. They didn’t charge any hidden or urgent charges. They repaired my device within regular price. And also more important in same time as I need. I really recommend going and getting good repairs at mycelcare. Their team is very cooperative very well interactive behavior. I surely give 5 stars to mycelcare . Well done . Keep it up!

Customer service is crucial to customer loyalty and these guys lack it. I DO NOT recommend. For my phone screen replacement- in parts of the US, it can cost less than $100 (under 360 AED). These guys gave me an estimate of 450 (initially) to which I agreed to, then couple hours later they emailed me upping the price to 650. After I did my market research with CELMETRO, I decided to go with My Celcare because these guys had the parts, while CelMetro had to order for shipment- SAME price of 450! Being STRAIGHTFORWARD to your customers is crucial to any business success. When I was upset over the price jumping up so high--- There was nothing but arguing. Seriously? What kind of customer service is this?? These people ripped me off. NO the parts in itself do not cost 450 (which the guy claimed in our argument). Havent dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism and bad service in awhile. Here is what I take away from My Celcare: 1. Bad customer service. Take it or leave it mentality. 2. They dont match their competitors price. 3. Delivery time (1+ hours) Dont blame the address and say your driver has been lost for more than 1 hour, given there is Google maps to show you where my location is. Communicate with your staff! Seriously left infuriated.

I hope people do read my review inspite of its length. Its surprising to see how this company has gotten beyond 2 stars. As all the reviews have said, its best to avoid to get any major repair works done with your electronics from them. This is just a review here, but I am going to make sure their company goes down. A simple screen repair has costed me 4 trips back to them. When I called back the next saying, there is an issue with my pixels they said, sorry sir but your screen for Galaxy S6 edge isnt available at the moment. I had mentioned to them saying I have just 2 days till I leave. Feeling totally fleeced, I decided to call again from another number the next morning and asked if they had a screen in for the S6 as my screen was cracked. "Yes sir we repair and we have it available right now." I immediately dropped all my work and landed up at the office. Surprised to see me, I told them about my screen and they tried to deny saying no one said the screen was available and one of them said, sorry I just got back from Pakistan and wasnt aware. I mean, is this your company of home that you land up and not know your goddamn inventory? This is all a hoax. These guys arent genuine and nor do they even know how to deal with their customers.

Having tried to sort the issue out with them, they wont come and collect the laptop and have said on the phone the camera has nothing to do with the initial problem!!! Asked to speak to the manager but was given the standard email address.

Dont you dare to go in and make mistake like I did. My charging dock on Galaxy S5 was broken and they charged me 300 dirhams (others charge 200) with a condition that it will be done in one day. It took a lot longer. After a pick it up, my front camera screen was half in black and yes you guess right charging dock was not working!!! I am going back and demand my money back!!!

I have a Blackberry Passport phone that had the USB connector port broken, but the rest of the phone was working perfectly fine. I took it to 3 other shops (CelMetro, Geeks and Axiom) to have the USB connector replaced/repaired, and in each of those 3 places they promised to order the official USB connector port for Blackberry Passport and instead ordered generic ones that did not work. On top of that they had no initiative to call me or give me updates on my phone, I had to chase after them, to just receive the same broken phone after wasted days, Axiom even told me that the whole inner board had to be replaced and it would be best if I gave them my old phone and get a discount on a new one I could buy from them without even taking the time to throughly check it (what a way to rip off clients!) On the other hand about when I had given up complete hope I found online "My Cellar JLT" so I tried to give it one more shot before having to buy a brand new phone. The service from the moment I took my Blackberry Passport was great! they promised to give me a response on the same day as if it could be fixed or not. They called me as they said on the same day and said they could fix my phone. The next day they called me again and told me my phone was ready and working perfectly. I did not have to chase after them like the other companies, they did not give me false promises or make me waste my time. They where very professional, efficient and quick to fix my phone. I wasted 3 weeks on the other 3 companies for nothing and in My Celcare they fixed my phone in a day and a half! I highly recommend this place to everyone and I will certainly take any repair I may have in the future to them again. Very happy with everything! 10 Stars!!! :)

NEVER EVER go near this place. They tried to repair my ipad. When it came back it was dented and scratched and when I took it to iMax to get it repaired they said it looked like a kid had been using it to practice some welding. Screws were missing and the entire motherboard is ruined. I phoned the technician who admitted he had no qualifications or training. This has cost me a lot of money and a lot of hassle - STEER CLEAR. I cant put zero stars in the review - but one star apparently means hated it.

I didnt even want to put a star but google didnt allow me. i am so gutted by the service of this company.They are so fake ,stealing peoples money . I went thereto fix my xperia after i had cracked the screen .These people played with my phone within some day thee screen was open without me even dropping it or putting it anywhere close to water. I tried putting the screen back and the fake Lcd broke .I asked them to fix it again only to be spoken to very rudely by the so called manager said its your fault so i cannot fix it yet they hadnt fixed it nicely i asked for the owners number but i was told NO I need to speak to the manager only ..you just wonder if they even charged u the correct price. So disappointed
