Pratheek RaiI went there to fix my laptop keyboard. Shop keeper said he would fix and return it on same day. But it was not fixed until the 5th day inspite of daily call and informing him about the urgency. Shop keeper Still was asking for 2 more days to repair when I visited shop on 5th day.Therefore I had to collect it back with unfinished job. I was thinking to go to BurDubai to repair the laptop but gave to them after reading positive review in google. But staffs are dealt with me professionally but it appears to be lack of expertise in laptop repair.

Eslam EzzeldinWent there to repair a laptop screen, they said they would call me the next day to let me know how much it would cost to repair but they never did, after few days of follow up calls I got my laptop back (5 days later) without repair because they didnt find the required spare parts. So I take it somewhere else for repair and find out that its a software issue, no spare parts required.
