PATHETIC with a capital P! This place is a waste of time. Absolutely pathetic service. They will accept your device, then for the next 30+ days they will NEVER call or respond to your emails. If you actually manage to get a pickup when calling them, all they will tell you is that you will receive an email - or - they are awaiting spares. Best AVOID this "repair" centre! Useless. Also dont believe the 5 and 4 star ratings here - they post it themselves! Look at the trend and style of messages. A shame really.

The lack of professionalism is staggering, there are no updates, no consistent communications on progress. The only thing they excel at is saying sorry. So many mistakes its shocking - seriously recommend avoid using this organisation.

Very satisfied with this service provider. First of all, they offer free pick up and delivery of your items Dubai. They also have a dedicated WhatsApp number on which you can follow up on your repair requests apart from a web chat application. So getting in touch with them and receiving updates is very easy. A service experience usually sours largely because of deficient updates but no such problem with icarefix. It took 4 days to repair my Xbox and deliver it back to me which is very acceptable. They also offer a 3 months warranty on their repairs so there is additional peace of mind. The Xbox is working perfectly well now. Dubai isnt particularly well known for its customer service standards so when you come across the occasional gem like this company, you have got to say it out loud!

My iphone 6 screen completely shattered and they fixed it in about an hour! My iphone works as good as new & they checked up on me twice. The price is fair considering others may do it cheaper but your phone may not work afterwards (like in Satwa).

They can literally fix your problem no doubt. Id suggest when placing a sticker for the job number especially on laptops to place it in the bottom. Its really a hassle to remove.

I gave in my SLR to get the body and the flash fixed, theyve had the camera for over a week and Ive had to call numerous times to follow up on the status of the repair. At first I was informed certain parts needs to be replaced and would take weeks, after a day I was informed the camera could be fixed in house only to later find out they cant fix it ! Absolute waste of time !! Ive had to call them multiple times just to get my camera back.

I had a touch problem in my iphone 6s plus .. i googled and found out about icarefix i decided to give them a try -- at first everything looked great ,they will pick n drop at home ,good response etc icarefix took my iphone ,after 5 days they returned it with the same problem .I called and informed them icarefix said we will send someone to pick it up again repair it again . After 5 days they returned the phone for the 2nd time with the same problem .I called and informed icarefix about this and asked them are you even trying to repair it ? icarefix apologized and again icarefix send couier to pick it up and guess what after 5 days my phone was returned with the same problem for the 3rd time ... a total of 15 days wasted . I called icarefix without me saying anything icarefix said they would refund my money in full , until this moment everything was ok ,i didnt upset or angry because they were responding to everything call and every question i had .The problem started when i had to call 20 times and it took them more than a month to refund me my money ,it was extremely frustrating i just had to call every morning to hear useless excuses and delays for no reason .I would never again go to icarefix and never recommend anyone to use their service

Phone screen on my oneplus one was broken. iCareFix didnt only replace the screen, they picked up the phone from my apartment, delivered it back FIXED. all within the time span of 3 hours. Phone is back working in good condition. Highly recommended if you need a quick fix for your phone.

I only had a challenge with time. Company did not obeyed by the time what their mentioned him. Before giving for service their didnt follow the mentioned time schedule and I was about to turn down their service but one of their team member immediately called me and requested to give a chance to them but after that again I have to wIt for additional day for my report and have to remind them about it and my extra day was gone in it. Delivery was on time

The plan was to replace my phone screen on the spot. That in itself was impressive. When the replacement screen broke during installation, they promised to get me a new one fixed, and delivered the phone to my house at no extra charge. And.. They did this the very same day. Nice!

As for myself, the service was not acceptable. I brought my cracked screen phone to the shop. At that time, I was in rush and I could not have enough time to talk with them.( I was might be one of the annoyed customers .) Next day, I went to the shop to collect the phone and receptionist explained to me, they found new issue of screen and already ordered new parts for me. At that time, I could highly trusted this company and the receptionist promised me to deliver on that same day...but I did not get the phone. Another next day, I texted to the company. The agency John told me the phone was ready just waiting for delivered to my place... When I call back, he was on break(I had told him to message on that time!!)I had to explain my situation from begging to another agency.. and new agency Sam also kept me wait for a long time(one hour) and he told me again, another problem arised.. That was third times in three days with one phone. He just apologised all the time during conversation. But the situation, their poor communications did not change. If you go to the shop, you better expect to take your time more than website says.

We had a little misunderstanding about the delivery of my units after the repair but all is well, I was able to pick up my phone and saw that both of them are in an impeccable condition! I am very much impressed on the service iCareFix provided to me. On my very busy schedule they came home picked the item i wanted to repair they did diagnostic the root cause informed me and took approval and fixed the issue at a reasonable market price and delivered back home on time as they promised. When ever i gave a call they immediately responded and surprisingly I send an email around 7.30pm and got a reply with in few hours... What else do we need to expect.. However after I realized they had installed old windows version (2007) instead of following what version stated on the back side of the laptop which is 2008. My laptop is pretty slow and almost all the features right now are changed (definitely!). And it affecting my works too.

Pathetic service. I was promised my printer today morning, I showed up at 6 pm and the printer had not arrived to their office. They promised to have it delivered by 9 pm, and now due to apparently 4 hour imaginary traffic jam (it took me 20 minutes from their office to my house) the driver wont show up until 10 pm. Lets hope that the printer is even fixed.

I had two phones to be fixed at the same time (Samsung A5 2016, both with broken screens) Glad I went with these guys. I had both phones repaired and back to me within a couple of days. (I am in Abu Dhabi, so time was mostly to do with couriers, drop it off and pick it up and suspect youd get you phone fixed faster) Pick up and delivery was included in the price, which was waaaay cheaper than having Samsung fix them. Communication was EXCELLENT, I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes for a response to an email or a message sent through the online chat window on the website. Highly recommended.

My experience here was excellent, the price that they offered was half the price of other repair shops, they also have quick repair services. The bag that they gave me at the end was really cute and thoughtful. I visited the shop at Sheik Zayed road, i did not like the location as it was scary for a women to enter alone, since the building was half empty and you had to take a lift to the 8th floor. In conclusion my overall experience at ICareDubai was a very positive. A few days later my phone started to blackout, stop working, close apps, shutdown completely, and the wifi button greyed out (indicating a hardware problem). It is obviously a hardware problem, they fixed my initial problem but caused another one. After they knew about my problem the company contacted me and offered me a free pick up to fix the error.

So so. Fixed my Oneplus screen so thankful to them. Odd thing is the whole process. 1. send them an email 2. hear bugger all until a courier arrives 3. off goes the courier 4. back he comes a couple of days later with a bill for 450 (which aint bad - just would appreciate a chance to approve a quote).
