Excellent service. Good customer service. Technician reached within 30 minutes and replaced my mobile LCD screen instantly. Reasonable price for the service that too for on-site service. I compared with lot of other suppliers and Geeks were the best at cost, service and warranty. I would strongly recommend Geeks.

Broke my phones screen today, I contacted Geeks and they immediately scheduled a technician to visit my office. So Rommel (the technician) came on time and impressively replaced the screen in less than 10 mins. Really a hassle-free, you dont need to go out to find a repair shop. Price-wise? very competitive! Highly recommended, and a joy to experience this level of quality service in Dubai. Arriving at work I pulled my phone from my pocket and it went flying to the floor, and for the first time in 10-years I had a smashed iPhone screen. Within 2-hours Geeks had got to my office in JLT, repaired it professionally and in a very friendly manner, and were on their way. Superb, and none of that "well be 10-minutes sir" approach. They did what they said they would do, at the price they quoted and in the timescale agreed. Well done, and thoroughly recommended.

Wow, fantastic service.. new iPhone 6s screen (not recycled) and the only one I could find with 2 yr warrenty.. very responsive on email, booked a time and the guy came to my location, (well presented and knows what hes doing) a day later (as I had booked) to install the screen in less than an hour. Dont even think about saving a hundred dh and going to random mobile shops without warrenty.. (typed dorm my no longer cracked iphone screen)

I have used them on many occasions, and referred many friends also. I dropped my iPhone twice in one year (I mean it was more than that, but my phone broke only twice), and the Geeks helped me instantly both times. Admittedly, I tried out another repair shop that had cheaper alternatives,and 2 weeks later my phone screen wasnt functioning (no visual and couldnt tap anything). So I went back to Geeks and they just took a look and in 5 minutes fixed the issue - they didnt even charge me for it. Exceptional service by a team who knows how to keep their customers happy.

A competent and quick replacement to your official provider. They tend to get things done on the spot as you wait outside on a couch with a Playstation 4 controller. The Geeks arent only friendly, but can tell you on the spot whether something can or cant be done, saving you time and money. And if they get things wrong every now and then, as we all do, theyll do it again and again until youre satisfied, or youll get your money back. They deal with kinds of devices, be it phones or laptops, and if you do decide to visit, either cab it, make sure you have enough time to wait for a parking spot, or give them a ring when youre waiting to park and theyll send someone down to pick it up from you. I think they also have a pick up service from your location, but I havent tried.

Two different companies quoted me a minimum price of 1,000 AED & a fix time of 3-4 days to fix my MacBook today - neither had seen it, nor really understood the problem - nor let me speak to a technical person. I rang the Geeks, was encouraged to chat to one of the team and low and behold my MacBook is fixed & back with me in less than 4 hours at a quarter of the cost the guys quoted. The guys started looking for the cause (software) before recommending the hardware fix the other companies were doing. Awesome. Highly Recommended

I called them to fix my iphone 6S Plus screen The appointment was canceled and they delayed it to the next day, he came changed the screen and also a screen protector, second day in the morning i found the phone on the ground and the screen is broken again I paid 880 derhams for the screen and a screen protector which doesnt protect the screen, and i wasnt even damaged, the hit directly went into the screen And the refused to change it for me, they ooffered 25% discount! What kind of screen protectors does not protect a screen!!! 880 derhams in one day for nothing I told them thanks i wont accept that, i wont fix it with 25% discount, and i wont come here again.

Its the worse company every. Despite of not giving you the correct direction, they charge you like for something which they shouldnt. They offer you complimentary pick up/dropp off and then they ask you to pay for it. I fixed my laptop elsewhere and it cost me 6 time less of what this people ask you for.

Though its never pleasant to have computer issues, Geeks made the process of having the computer fixed painless. Each staff member I engaged with was professional and knowledgeable. They picked up the computer at my home, and called with a quote a short time later. No waiting in line, taking numbers, and paying a service fee for assessment of the problem like with other Apple service outlets here in the UAE. There is no chance I would go anywhere else to fix any Mac product ever again! Thanks Geeks!
