    I am right now very angry, I am calling at 4.00pm and they should close at 6.00pm and no one is answering. I dropped off my laptop before 1 week and they said they will call in 3 days to tell how much will it cost to fix it. Till this day i am waiting. I getting very impatient, and soon enough ill call the police to report my laptop as stolen if they dont answer the phone the next day.

    I went to this E city dubai mall branch to check my asus laptop because of some matter, and this asus lady is very rude to me she talk to me like im not a costumer and she raise her voice to me and being unrespecful. I am very angry about this girl. I really want to report her attitude and behavior is not nice to a costumer service industry. Please make an action. Shes very rude to me. All of the costumer that time is looking at us arguing about that matter. I really feel bad. Please make an action. Thank you!

    Never going to buy an Asus product ever again mainly because of the after sales service. My laptops screen went black and without any diagnosis or checking they quoted 1400 dirhams (390 USD) for the screen, a new led panel if ordered from amazon costs 80$ only. Other than the sweet talk over helplines and emails there is noting like customer service here.

    Not professional, they do not answer to emails when they have your product in repair and in fixing something they broke something else, so a repair that should have taken 2 days, took 3 weeks

    Initially called and was routed to a telephone centre which did not give me much information other than I had to go to the centre for an assessment. Went during the day and was given a fair quote for a broken keyboard, was given an explanation of the process and potential delivery time. Later that day was called saying that my laptop was ready and that I need to pay in cash. Overall quick, fair prices and professional.

    I have a ASUS N66U router which has 3 years warranty. It broke after two years. However I have noticed I lost my invoice. I take the router to ASUS service center with doubt. Guess what they gave me a new router Same thing happened to my CISCO LINKSYS RE4000W repeater which has one year warranty. It broke after 8 months. Call customer care they refused to accept the item because I lost my invoice. Even they refused to repair it because their policy denying accepting items directly from the end user. Dont buy LINKSYS products buy ASUS NW product at least you can have a guaranteed warranty!

    I have never experienced such a bad feedback from asus customer care.sometines feels like they have given their product for free.i brought asus gaming laptop before three months and faced a problem of boot screen.i had a 2 years extended warranty but their response was like hell. Its better to shutdown this service center as well as dont buy asus products i rate them.5

    Bought an Asus because I thoughts one of the best if not the best. Faced charger issues initially, then motherboard failure which I agree happens but not after 13 months of hardly any use but the worst part was customer service. When I bought the laptop I was told I could extend warranty, when I went to the service centre I was told I could not. Once my motherboard failed my laptop was with Asus for two weeks and after a lot of miasunderstanding from their side they returned the laptop not repaired. Gave it back to them to actually repair it this time around and received the worst customer service possible. I would probably think twice on buying an Asus purely because of bad, or lack of to be precise, customer service.

    Asus was my Laptop of choice for years. In my country Asus have the best support and service center. That’s why I have suggested to my management that Asus VivoBook Pro should be standard for our Technical Team here in UAE which was mistake … we have procured several laptops of which 2 came with faulty battery and 3rd one with defective screen. Two have been replaced by Jumbo in first 48h but unfortunately we didn’t notice in first 7 days that screen on 3rd unit have vertical lines visible only on specific backgrounds. 10 days after purchase we have noticed issue and contacted service center where they informed us that unit will be repaired as urgent within few days. After few days they called with information that expected repair time is 21 days as they will need to replace complete screen on new laptop that we owned only 10 days and used even less. Service center didn’t even consider possibility of unit replacement even do issue is clearly factory defect and it can be categorized as hidden fault which is under UAE consumer rights eligible for refund or replacement. Anyway really disappointing and not recommended for Business as support is just not there, others like HP and Lenovo are much better in my experience … Unfortunately, it seems that Asus tagline “In Search of Incredible” didn’t come to this region as in this point Asus service center have owned and used this laptop longer than us and as per them this is normal and we should not get upset so I would say “ In Search of Ridicules” After this experience I would never again recommend Asus to anyone.

    Absolutely pathetic. Told me they would quote me before starting repairs. They didnt. Told me I would receive my laptop within 21 days of me sending it, even if they have to source parts from abroad. I didnt receive my laptop for 2 months... Worst of all : Their timings say they are open from 9am-6pm weekdays. They close *at 5*. I have called several times at 5:30 only to hear them tell me that their working hours are from 9-6. Absolutely terrible service. The people who left 5 star reviews, either had extremely simple issues, or dont know any better. The service can be characterized as CHEAP and UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Tried to RMA my motherboard and they said they couldnt fix it even though it was on warranty and sent it back. I do not recommend Asus because their customer support is so bad they wouldnt even fix their own product.

    My asus laptop suddenly shut down and since than never turn on. I took to this service centre they called me aftee 3 days saying my laptop is not turning on . I replied Yes that is the problem. Their reply was it was problem with motherboard and we donot repair motherboard.we can only replace motherboard. I said ok fine what are the charges .their reply was 2400 dhirams. Shocked the new laptop price is only 1800 dhirams. What to say about this. I bought new laptop for 1800 dhirams. And to repair motherboard it costs 2400 dhirams

    So bad, I am enraged. They took my laptop, kept it for two months, then told me, if i want to collect it I will have to go pick it up myself :O They told me that I would have it back in 3 weeks or less. And it would only take 3 weeks, if they needed to source parts from the US. And it wouldnt be fixed because Im collecting it early. They are supposed to quote you before any repairs are made. The manager is extremely incompetent. She barely speaks, instead just whimpers on saying umm and sorry. Thats all. She even asked me why I am angry since Im speaking to a girl. Are you effing kidding me? This woman is a class A idiot. The customer reps are much more competent, but they cant really help you. Actually, none of them can.

    Changing a part which costs AED50 they charged AED100 which was too much of a cost. I had my Nexus 7 3G tablet which had a charging connector issue.

    My name is Linda Dominick and I was having trouble getting on the web. A young man by the name of Jevon Hall was the person who happened to answer my call. I have had many computers and have had to call support on many occasions but this experience was completely different than any I have had over the fifteen years I have had computers. Jevon was so very patient with me ..he was so very kind and understanding.While waiting for downloads he asked me questions about where I was from and what my life was like. He seemed genuinely interested in me as a person not just a customer....He made my experience enjoyable...and by the way he was able to talk me through getting my problem fixed.     The service is pathetic. Gave my laptop for service through Sharaf DG and got a call after 1 week that it will be ready in another 1 week time. It is October 28th today exactly 2months and still Im trying to reach the Sharaf DG service center and no update from Sharaf DG nor from Asus. Dont ever go with Asus.

    What a joke? The receptionist picks up the phone and informs you that its 7-10 days turn-around on anything!! ASUS has 4 engineers, FOUR, to cover the service support for the whole of the U.A.E. I dont know of anyone who can afford to be without their PC for 7-10 days, unless they are in a corporate environment and have a standby PC available to them in lieu of their own PC problem being rectified. I dont think I will ever consider buying this brand of PC again with the knowledge that the support I would receive would be so inadequate. I wouldnt mind but there was no proper interaction from their support staff to quantify the gravity of the level of support required! All I was looking for was rectification of a software issue - BIOS upgrade and a Realtek HD Audio driver update to try and rectify the DPC latency suffered when using Windows 8.1 ASUSTek might have a reasonably good brand recognition in the G.C.C. but wait until you need genuine product support - its a farce!!
