Worst customer service! This chic at the counter was behaving as if we are beggars and she is the owner of the mall. No smile no reply to our humble "good evening". And throws back the change at us! Very sad and regretful to see a nespresso employee doing this!

The worst customer service from the Manager till the sellers! Dont even think to go there, you are gonna waste time dealing with them. The customer service is better in Abu Dhabi Mall!
