Neelam NoorExtremely unprofessional and rude staff, not reliable at all, I had to call several times just to book an appointment and the answer was "someone will call you back okay" seriously ? Your staff needs to be trained in handling customers. I wouldnt call anyone from your company and trust them with my house.

Tatyana DymovichCompletely unreliable company. Booked a maid once- all was fine. Booked again for 4:30pm, nobody came. Called agency 3 times and every time I was told that cleaner will come later. At 8pm nobody turned up and when I called again I was told that it is big traffic and after 9pm security will not let inside the community. Had to clean my house myself at night as it was already too late to book with other agency and tomorrow is Friday

Noha DaloUnacceptable service levels, they showed up 2 hours late, the maids were under the impression they are booked for an hour and a half when they were booked for 3! I called the office after 530pm to clarify, but no one answered! Whenever I call and ask a question, they never have the answer and ask to call me back. Very unreliable!

Baishali BanerjeeMost unprofessional and rude cleaning company I have seen in my life. Never ever book maids from here. No sense of timing (when we booked for service the first time, their people turned up at 9.30 at night whereas the time given was 4.30 in the afternoon) and specially the operation manager (Jaya Udham) does not have any etiquette on how to talk to customers. Extremely ill mannered. It seems even the staffs are not well mannered. Upon asking wether they care for customers the response that we recieved "We damn care about customers, business and even about our organization". When we have requested them to provide the senior management/owners contact details, the only response we have recieved was "Go ahead do whatever you want".Extremely disappointing service. My advice to all the people who are planning to avail their service in future should think several times before dealing with them. They dont deserve to be in this business and their license should be cancelled by the authorities.

Lixian NgExtremely unprofessional and no customer service. Non stop calling to try to get you to book more appointments with them. they get timings wrong and the cleaners show up at the wrong time and dont work the full time you booked. Never use this company.

terez alsheikhWorst cleaning service !!! I ended up working with her and teaching how to clean !!!!!!! Took her one hour to change bed sheets and dust Not that all i have is a studio !!!!!! Unbelievable !!!!
