    Super convenient Service. I work in Al Quoz and apart from the usual Fast Food chains nobody comes to advertise their Food Menue with us. The option to order all types of Cuisines is awesome.

    Deliveroo or UberEats provide a much more reliable service with much quicker delivery times and better restaurants. Food on Click seems to work with any and all restaurants (including 1 and 2 star places) and cannot provide ANY quality assurances regarding your order. This app is out of date, download Deliveroo and/or UberEats and delete FoodonClick

    Terrible service ordered twice in one week and orders were cancelled both times with weather excuses and still after 2 weeks we have no refunds. Will be in touch with the Dubai authorities if refunds are not processed asap.

    Waited 90 minutes after putting in order. Mohammad sharif from site said order was in and would take up to two hours. after two hours, called again and site said food order was cancelled as number wasnt local. Duh..even after I had put in the notes my US cell number - which they should have seen as they were delivering to a hotel!! Site is poorly developed and clearly by the other comments, not good at their customer service!! Would never use again...

    FoodOnClick is the worst order website that you could have, I placed an order and they said it would take an hour, after an hour I rang and told them that there was no food delivered to me, they told me wait another hour, after that hour i rang again and all i got was sorry we cant deliver your order because you cancelled it!!!! Never using this website ever again!

    Every restaurant say they dont have my location because Foodonclick dont provide it. Took 1 hour for them to send my order to the restaurant before too.

    I placed an order at 6 pm. The order was from Chef Lanka. Received a confirmation that the order was received. Then I waited.... Till 7.30. I decided to call the restaurant directly to enquire and I get an answer that the order was cancelled because the printer could not print !!! Its such simple logic that if an order for any stupidest reason gets cancelled, it should have been informed !!! The second part... I call the Foodonclick call centre and tell them my complaint. They investigate and tell me the same story. And ask me if I would like to place an order now. I said I will never place an order throu food click. And the answer - we are sorry. Thats it !!!! Someone teach customer service !!! Or has it disappeared ??

    Great user interface. Used it over 20 times and the only issue I experienced was from the restaurants end.

    Great service, food is delivered on time.. I didnt have to call customer service and love that they now have launched an app for online ordering as well.

    Use this always and has let me down only couple of times, never had to make a call and the option to request cash on delivery makes sure you get the food you paid for and you dont even have to call the restaurant which is very convenient
