Mohamed EltouniAwfull...today took my iftar there in Rigga branch ...my wife found metallic knot in broasted meal...I kept calm just asked for incident report to keep and be sure that this will not happen to other guests specially kids.They kept in apologizing and gave me incident report finally.After leaving the restaurant ,the lady branch in charge asked me to take the report temporarily and then refused to give back .She behaved in a way cant be professional and not representative to Dubai. Anyway,the issue raised to Municipality to check and take action.
