    They open this service center for making money without doing anything. Also they dont know about the work. For a simple battery issue they are telling that processor has gone.And they mentioned in website they are authorized service center.

    Although its almost impossible to get through on the phone number provided, I was very impressed with the fast and professional service provided when I visited the walk in centre. A software issue rendered my phone completely unusable but within half an hour the technocare guys had fixed it and upgraded the software for no charge, all while I waited. Excellent HTC service.

    I was hesistant to give my Sony Xperia X, which required screen replacement, due to the bad reviews, but no other repair center has Oem parts for Sony devices in Dubai. So finally decided to take it to Technocare. To my surprise, they qouted me less than what others were demanding and got the phone back in three working days. Very professional work.

    Technocare is the only service center in Dubai. Of course I understand that it will take time to repair each and every once device. As per my survey they usually take 2 week to solve or repair a phone. Well since the demand for repairs is more, they should implement to open up one or two service centers for better service and customer satisfaction. Its true that they will never pick up your call but still you can check your status of your device on their website or mobile SMS.

    Very bad service. They didnt even do a basic check on my screen broken phone and charged me for that. They gave a quote to repair which is more than its actual cost. I took my phone to a normal mobile shop in a supermarket and its fixed at a nominal cost. The auto answer system is so annoying.

    Been trying to reach them for over a month and have never been able to get through. Have even left them an email and have not got a response. If this is the situation now I can only imagine what happens when i give them the phone for service.

    You need to keep that image of being the authorized distributor. No matter how many times you call they never ever answer the answer. Just the automated sound and then gets disconnected. SO ANNOYED BY THIS.

    They dont answer phone calls, voice mail is always full, and they do not respond to emails. The worst I ever dealt with. And sadly they are the only authorised repair center for a lot of manufacturers (HTC, LG, Motorola)

    One of the worst services I received. Took 19 days to fix a screen for a Sony mobile phone under their warranty They never got back to me that the phone is fixed ,they dont answer the landline,as well they did not update the status online that the phone is fixed I was forced to go there as I was referred by Sony Dubai mall as the phone is under Technocare warranty

    Bad service, they replaced the cracker screen of my iPhone 6S back on May 2016 and after about 3 months the screen literally glued off the iPhone, called them and they told me that their warranty is limited to 30 days only and I have to pay agian for a new screen!!! I tried to explain to them that this is workmanship issue and they should at least re-glue the screen back to the iPhone, they kept saying the warranty is limited till 30 days!! Terrible company and bad service.

    Really dont deserve any Star as per my experience, but 1 just for Google limitation! Was behind IVR for 15 minutes or more & no response! If they dont bother to take the call, imagine their service once they have my phone in their hand! For sure Ill stay away, on top of that will never buy a Huawei again!

    The worst experience I ever had in Dubai , I deposited my HTC on 21-Nov-2016 and they promised me to collect it in 3 days and even the customer relation office in their service center in sheikh zayed checked and confirmed the availability o f spart parts after 20 days of calls (their call center is the worst ever ,they reply after 1 hour) and emails I went and collected my mobile unfixed on 10-Dec-2016 Honestly , I dont recommend any one to go and deal with them not to mention that the price of fixing the mobile (changing screen) was nearly equal to buying a new one

    I got my IPhone cracked after I dropped it while jogging. The screen was completely destroyed. I looked through few shops in the area and finally chose this shop. When I got there, the staff was helping another customer and answering her hundreds of questions really patiently and knowledgeably. Upon my turn the staff member took a look at my phone, explained what he needed to do to repair it, and gave me a price quote. Phone was completely fixed in less than 25 minutes while I wait on a super comfortable seat.

    Just cannot get through to this service centre to get an update, today is the 4th day. The extensions ring forever, nobody picks up. The website says the same story ~ waiting to repair. Not able to get any feedback from Huawei either as to what is going on!!! I think I will take the phone back if they have not done anything.

    I have given my mobile sony m4 for repair three times still the issue is not fixed . no clue what the technical is doing, only reply i am getting is everything is working fine.. worst service !! customer service never ever answer their phone, all the staff are sleeping!! Dont ever call the customer service. you will loose money by calling them. better some other company deserve the job .

    Had a screen issue with my phone, submitted the phone on the 15th of May assuring completion by 22nd of May. Ultimately I got my phone back on the 5th of July. On top of this they do not pick up their phone so apart from email there is no other way to communicate with them.

    I am really disappointed as I received an sms early this morning that my mobile has been dispatched but up to now I didnt receive any calls that my mobile is ready for pick-up. Called their landline a lot of times during their office hours but no one picked-up. It is such an inconvenience with slow provision of updates and bad customer service in general.

    Extremely expensive. Bad service. I fixed my tablets cracked screen, and the screen literally glued off while I was still at the shop! Gave it back, but after few days it glued off again. Terrible company.

    Very bad service.. until now I didnt get my HTC M9 plus phone, it was screen problem, when i submited the phone they told me 5 days will be ready, we are going to finish 1 moth and the phone still with them wvery week the say this week will receive the part and now almost a month has passed what a customer service is that.??

    Very difficult to get hold of technical department on the phone (customer service department are relatively helpful but they cant transfer you to the technicians directly). Delay in fixing phone. Had them fix my phone (screen)... screen then stopped working within a few days. I then complained and managed to get a replacement brand new handset rather than wait for another repair job. Note this is the official Sony mobile repair centre in Dubai.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I sent them my HTC phone which didnt want to power on or even charge. It took them 3 days (with email and phone follow up) to get them to send the estimate. They told me the phone board and battery both are bad and have to be changed (the phone is 6 months old without warranty) and the cost is almost 75% of a new phone of the same model. it was of course unreasonable to have both the board and battery failing at the same time so I declined the repair. Meanwhile found that this problem is a protection for the phone from HTC, all you need is connect it to the charger for a long time and start it with vol+ and power for about 2 minutes press. I went to collect my phone and saw the technician closing the phone again and the screen was on !!. I went home and tried the phone and it is working with no issues. They have no idea about HTC phone or its repair. Stay away

    i have send my sony m4 new mobile 20 days old with warranty for repair it was send as it is without fixing it they dont have technical knowledge for phone repair & they r not authorised for sony mobile as per sony uae. worst customer service & no feed back from them. they need 15 days for repair one mobile disgusting.

    Worse customer service ever, I had to go there three times because they were not able to know if the spare part was available, on the phone they said is available but when i got there it wasnt. After they repair the phone I was not able to restore the original setting because they kept my SD card with all the applications on. When i went back again to ask for my SD card they immediately blame me saying that I lost it and was not their fault. At the end the card was on the "technician" desk and they even apologize for the inconvenient. I think the GM of technocare should teach the employee about how to deal with customer. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
