Mburu KimaniWorst experience ever. My phone has broken twice and the times I have been there no one cares to explain anything. You have to look for someone to serve you because apparently they always very "busy". Last time someone promised to send me an email to let me know the status of my phone but the email is not forthcoming.

Nazim AkhtarOne of the worst experience in my entire life, they dont have well product knowledge . The guy his name Hussini who was working at evening time , he was trying to say me that he is manager , while he was talking to his manager by phone. He took one hour to take decision , while I was trying to say him that I am going to miss my movie show ,But he dont care he just keep waiting me ,I was really pieced of finally I leave that place . I will sujjest everyone please dont go such kind of awkward place .

naveen balanBad devilery services . My experience is terrible . They committed to deliver bettween 6pm and 9 pm .. i ran from office and be in my flat at this time . NO ONE CAME ! I called emax sevelar times and they started talking to each other and they told they will deliver tomorrow .. next day i sarted receiving call from the suppliers seperatly for the delivery .. seperate samsung delivery seperate eletrolux delivery seperate lg delivery .. i had to take 2 day off because i bought different brands for my flat .. funny thing is im emax vip card member .. cant imagine how is it for normal people
