My mini Ipad 3 would not turn on...went on line to resolve the issue, tried everything suggested, but no luck...went to apple store too in dubai mall, but since mine was out of warranty, only option given to me was replacement of the same model by paying a discounted price....CELL METRO fix the problem in 24 hrs for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE....initially went dropped off my device...faced some issues with their customer service ...but got in touch with the Manager FRANCIS, who was very helpfull and personally took care of the problem....in case you face any issue try to get in touch with him....overall happy with their service.

Well I had problem with my phone and when I called Celmetro the where very nice in explaining the problem and the options to solve the issue. The options they presented was either I change the mother board for (Aed 550) or replace the phone for (Aed 850) IPhone 6 Plus, so I thought since my current phone lasted 2 years its smarter to replace it. They also guaranteed to safely backup the old data to the new device and a warrantee of 6 months. What happened is I received the phone with ZERO date and a warrantee of only 3 months. They said sorry we lost the data and probably you heard us wrong its 3 months. What pains me most is I lost 2 years of good memories (pictures) and contacts because I trusted you. Sorry for the 2 STARS though, but you have to understand why.

My point of view of this company has changed. After knowing that this group thinks about the reputation and customers best result. Note: this company doesnt unlock any Apple id code by bypassing it or cracking it. Once you forgot your apple id password, then its time for you to find some solution how to get those password. Another way around, they can only help you remove your forgotten passcode and fix the physical part of you iPhone/iPad/iPod. I hope someday that this company will help other people who personally forgot their apple id. I think they can request that system from the Apply corporation.

I am a person who does a background check, before I visit a place, be it restaurant/garage/or even a small store. Before the visit: I had never read any organisation/ companies review to the extent i had with this particular company just for the sake that the Owner is REPLYING to the (low star rating) customers. One must have this attitude to bring thw company up and I am sure they would if they continue to have the same attitude. Heading to the store to repair my iPhone 6 Plus, which has a minor screen issue and lets see what solution they come up with. By the way..People out there, I am not being paid for the review! I havent visited them yet! Will share the after visit experience .. :-). I think I cannot add another comment but to continue this post. Cheers... After Visit: So here it is; visited the same day of posting my above comment which i am editing now. I have an iPhone 6 Plus with an Unresponsive Screen and it has a flickering layer. They intimated me a cost of AED 585 and 48 hours time. I got my mobile back on the same day with discounted price summing up to AED 485. Best Part: 6 months warranty. Better part: You do not have to store your receipt! :) Over all: A business in a way it should be. I would have been happy if i had a chance to meet this owner and greet him personally. HONESTLY HONEST My iPhone was not charging. Others told me that i have to replace the charging dock. But the guys in celMerro, found that it just needed some cleaning. So they cleaned it and now its working perfectly. The best part is that they did that for FREE in 15 minutes! They have this policy, NO FAULT NO FEES! Very recommended

I have sent a few pieces apple devices for fixing. They have provided timely quality services with 2 years guarantees. They also offer free pick up and drop off service. Today I sent one ipad for fixing thought the screen was damaged. But end up just need switch off and on. They have not charge me penny even replaced me a free cover due to being a royalty customer. My iphone 5S had stopped working with multiple problems - charging, network, home button not working. I visited celmetro basis reviews on google. Was told that it will cost 250AED for the repair. After regular follow ups, finally i was told that the phone cant be repaired as it has some issues with mother board. However, the charging port and the home button issue was resolved which means that the phone can be used for wifi and apps but not for making calls and no 3G. But, they didnt charge anything for this and also provided a complimentary screen cover. I feel, they are real professional and mean business without any gimmicks. 4 stars for all the effort but not 5 for not able to repair.

Hi, I gave for repair HP laptop in Celmetro in 10.10.215, the laptop is 3year old but important for me. The problem was in motherboard, ebay and amazon didnt have lots with this model motherboard (this model is unpopular there). There are should be repaired VGA microchip, RAM and charger special chips. The celmetro made all reqiured motherboard repair. Good work ! Well done! A++

Not professional at all. I left my Blackberry Passport there for days and days, they promised to fix my USB connector port with an official Blackberry Passport piece, instead they ordered a generic one that did not work. I waited more days, I constantly had to call them and chase after them because they never had the decency to call me to give me updates on my phone or be honest with me and tell me they could not fix it. After a wasted week with them I decided to go pick up my phone. I was so happy when they fixed my Blackberry Passport in 1 day and a half in "My Celcare JLT". The service in CelMetro was terrible, non reliable, and a waste of time! If I could Id give them ZERO stars!

I have an addiction, its called iPhone4. I drop my iPhone4 in water by mistake and i took this iPhone to many service center to fix , but noone gives me solution, atlast i find Celmetro Communcation in Facebook. I gave a call to Celmetro within next few hours an messenger arrived at my office doorstep. He collect the phone and after 4 hours i got a call from CelMetro customer care and they the quote me the quatation for fixing my phone. I was happy to hear that someone there to fix my mobile and they are CelMetro techinicians.Next day i received the mobile in excellent condition with all my data and application and they provide 2 months Warranty on all repairs done.So i feel the best service center for iPhones CelMetro Communications JLT.I convey my regards to CelMetro Guys.
