Ive taken my A4 to them for a number of what would have been very costly repairs from the agency, but the team at Wagen Kenner suggested alternative stepwise repairs which were budget friendly. A good team of professionals who are honest and trust worthy. Thanks guys for always helping me. And thanks for treating referrals in the same top notch manner.

After some google I got Wagen Kenner details so I called for the quotation and surprisingly got a very good price. The customer servicing is best till date I received in any garage. Best team to get your work done in a profession way. Wagen Kenner is now permanent stop for my Passat future work. And also referring to all my colleagues and friends who owns European Brand.

James WhiteI walked in with an M3 looking for a full check up on my car. The guy that saw to me was incompetent & didnt inspire with any level of comfort. I was assured that he was a BMW specialist but couldnt tell me anything about my E46 M3, the common problems with the SMG version or what sort of time frame and cost I would be expected to incur for a full check. I was also told that a check on the transmission would need to be done elsewhere as they werent capable of understanding this model. Not much of a European car specialist if you ask me.

And then I found Wagen Kenner! Paul and his team have been thoroughly professional, friendly, provided good advice and always diagnosed issues whenever we have used the garage. The prices have also been very competitive. The calibre of cars you see in the garage prove that they are experts at their work, and are trusted - and I for one will certainly continue to use them for any automotive issues in the future.

Michael HillSuperb service. Inspected the car and quoted same day. Prices reasonable and I was updated on progress regularly. I found advice on issues were honest and I was quoted in a way I could see worse case scenarios. I had issue with my A/C and I received a call to say that one of the most expensive quoted parts wasnt in fact required and the existing part could be refurbished saving me significant a amounts of money. Thank you for restoring my faith in garages! Car was delivered back and card payment was taken on delivery! Fantastic!!!

Theyre extremely reliable and go out of their way to source for parts to help you out and point out any possible additional maintenance that may be needed in the near future. Stefan HoffmannIts not the greatest feeling when you wake up and realize that your car registration and major service is due and youve forgotten to book one. Thankfully, for every motoring calamity, theres always this garage. One phone call later, and my service is booked, by the end of play, the car has been tested, passed and sporting the magic registration card and Im breathing a sigh of relief. These people are so much more than a garage. They go the extra mile to help, are flexible, friendly and so knowledgeable about every motoring matter. Its a rare treat to be welcomed like an old friend, to be remembered from previous visits and to really feel a valued customer who matters. My current and previous VWs have been looked after by Paul and team with great skill and pride - and I honestly would never dream of taking our cars anywhere else. Cannot recommend Wagenkenner highly enough. Just brilliant!

Asir ahmedI Bring a VW to them for complete inspection and was really disappointed by the Price and Service , for a Vehicle of the value around AED 20000 they quote me around AED 20500 in repairs and all of their prices for parts quoted were insane , they quote almost 4 times the original prices of the parts and when I ask them about will they grantee that their diagnostic is correct and even if I spent that much money my problem will be fixed , their reply was they are not sure about their diagnostic and there can be more issues after they open engine so it can cost me even more then AED 20500 , my car windshield fluid was empty and there report says that the system is working fine and when I ask about that , their manager says its a mistake and we will recheck it , they are just using a German name and I dont see any German or European technician with them , my advice stay away from them they will ripoff you

Alan GodfreyThey have looked after my 2001 Bentley Arnage, including a Major Engine Overhaul, they go out of there way to be Honest, they also Repair when ever they can, and Source Spares at the best price, if you own a Bentley, have no hesitation in letting this Company do the Work for you, I cannot Recommend them highly enough.

Craig RiedellGood responsiveness to initial inquiry however I was sold a car battery that when inspected by Audi 3 months later, was found could not reach full capacity even after being left overnight on the charger. When informed they replaced the battery from their supplier.
