Tarik MarzokahI love this place. I would give it 5 stars but the management recently changes and the new one are not as good. The service staff are still the same though and they do a fantastic job detailing the car. I take my topless/ doorless for 7 months out of the year, never carwashed, wrangler in once a year. It stays with them 2 days and i get it back brand spanking new. Ask for Brian, he works on my car and he is great.

Mohamed AbdelkareemIf you want my advice..."BIG NO" I went there as i felt vibration in my mustang, they advised me that i need to change the lower arms, i said OK and i paid only for this AED 1986/-. so they changed it and after i got the car back, i still felt the same vibration. they told me they will make balancing for the car and once they made it, the vibration was less and they "Brian" advised me that there is a bent in the tires and i should change the tires.. i told him but i can fix them, right?!! he "Brian" said yes but we cant make it here... i told him i dont have to change all tires because you cant fix them!! BUT this also means i changed the lower arms for nothing!!! and after they made the balancing the tires were scratched in a very bad way and got the advise from a paint garage to fix the scratches in each tire with AED 350/- simply because of their ZERO quality. The BIG ISSUE started after they changed the lower arms where i started hearing sound in front left side and i sent it back to them and they couldnt know where the sound is coming from however i went there for few times to check it and i was really disturbed by going there many times and 5 mechanics werent able to come up with the issue until they said i have to change the shock strut and i definitely DIDNT ask them to do so as i dont trust their judgment anymore. The garage Manager/owner promised me that he will will send someone from the garage to pick the car up to see what the issue is and handle but no one showed up. I went to ANOTHER GARAGE and they advised me that the lower arm "driver side" was faulty from the beginning thats why i heard the sound after they fixed it and as a result this damaged my link rods "both sides" and i had to change lower arm "driver side" and both front link rods and the car now is perfectly functioning. Also there was no bent in the tires they needed only proper balancing. the NEW garage diagnosed the cars problem on the spot with 100% accuracy. So Mr Cars gave me wrong diagnoses "they have no idea what they are doing" and changed the lower arms. one of them was faulty which resulted to damaging both front link rods. they did balancing with a zero quality and complete scratches and i will have to paint the tires with AED 350/- each tire. Also there was NO problem with my shock Strut!!! by the way one time when i was there i saw one guy fighting with them "Brian" for related issues. So... NO no no. dont waste your money.

Adam Kingregret having my car fixed here, they charged me 6000 and the issue was not resolved. Took the car to another garage, they changed the oil and issue resolved. What a waste

Was never let down by the guys over there.. they are very straight forward.. dont impose service or try to oversell and the only workshop where you find clear transparent price list of all services.. keep it up guys.

Basil OdehI went to change the engine oil and to check the ac they charged me for ac check up as they said any check up for ac must include gaz fill up so I paid for that then they said I have to replace the ac motor fan I dont know what they did exactly but the ac was much better before they check it up also I asked to change the break pads they told me it still working fine I need to sharpen and soften the cylinder that The break pads are on top of them I dont know if I said it correct but again the breaks never worked like the way it was before and now there is a mystery sound I can hear it every time is use the breaks I recommend you guys to learn more about car service before you go and advice people to do what is not correct just to charge them extra money.. Not recommended at all

S MughalSAVE YOUR CAR AND AVOID MR CARS! The staff at Mr Cars have no clue! I took my new 2 week old car there for a car wash in the hope that they would do a better job then the petrol station wash. How wrong was I ! The guy gave it a brief spray down with a jet wash, threw a bucket of soapy water on the car and then rinsed it off. The car was still dirty with mud after the winter rain but he proceeded to dry the car with a towel, in the process he was rubbing the remaining mud and dirt in to the paint work creating light scratches and swirls. I asked him to stop and explained my concern and he replied with "this is what you get for a AED45 car wash". I then alerted the manager and explained to him my concern at which point he became aggressive. I left there with a dirty car and for my AED45 I got some scratches. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs the staff are incompetent and the young Indian manager has no concept of customer service and satisfaction. They dont even deserve one star. Moral of the story - SAVE YOUR CAR AND AVOID MR CARS!

Kingsparade PuntersI took my car for a valet after buying a voucher from groupon. What a waste of time. I could have had the same level of cleanliness from any garage on SZR. They took all day and when I went to collect the car they had closed and not waited for me. No car for 24hours and average clean. For the price not good at all

sam matthewsI bought a gold valet from Groupon at a cost of 449 dirham. When I took it to their small garage they convinced me into tinting which was fine. When I picked the car up it was clean but they had managed to blow the fuse in my head unit, so my sat nav and radio didnt work. I asked them to fix this, but they only clean and tint, so they have no experience in cars technically or mechanically. So at a cost of 100 dirhams I had to go to yellow hat to get it fixed. The worst part was they had dented my front fender. They tried to say it wasnt them, but my car was in mint condition so I refused to accept their lies. Eventually they conceded and told me to come back the next day where they would bring in a body work specialist to remove the dent free of charge. I turned up the next day and was told that he wasnt picking up his phone so I would have to come back later that day and they would phone me. I received no call, so phoned them the next day day, they said they would phone back again. This has now gone over for a week and when I phone the manager is either in a meeting or out of the office. I am now so fed up I am writing this review and have contacted Groupon to suggest they no longer promote this company as it a total joke of a business. Furthermore I am in contact with the local police and will be taking them to court for criminal damage to my property. In short do not deal with this company, they are highly unprofessional and ignorant and offer no customer service and above all they will lie to your face to ensure they dont have correct their own mistakes

J BarbeauThe worse work had done to my car , not polite manager and he doesnt know anything about cars , no time frame and not pro at all , they wrote the bill and once I got home I noticed that they charged something I havent done , had to go back cause they didnt fit the parts in proper way .will never recommend them and I wont go back to them for sure .
