Karl BeckerI originally came to this shop for a seat belt malfunction. They fixed it fine and the cost was reasonable. I then went back for new brake pads, a windshield washer problem and a coolant hose leak. When I got the car back after 2 days, a parking light was malfunctioning and they needed parts for the coolant problem and the washer. I was told to return in 3 days. I did, they forgot to get the parts. 1 week later they installed the parts, but the light was still broken and they needed parts for that now. I stopped by 1 week later, still needed to get the parts and now the seat belt problem was back. I also now had a coolant leak again. Dropped the car off again, for problems that were either caused by them or werent fixed properly. 2 days later, pick the car up and the light still wasnt fixed. They gave me a loaner to use until the next day. They did not charge me for the light or seat belt repairs and they did spend a lot of time on my car. The owner was also very apologetic. At least they were fair by giving me a loaner and not charging me for their mistakes.
