Mark JolliffeAfter using authorized dealer service for many years, I got sick and tired of their poor customer service and inflexible service times, especially when you consider the inflated pricing they charge.. After careful research a couple of years ago, I came across Capital Auto and have never looked back.. Their customer service and knowledge (of premium German cars) is excellent - truly recommend them to anyone considering a change from authorized dealers.. They maybe slightly more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for in this world and I wouldnt trust anyone else to service mine or my wifes car.. Keep up the good work boys :)

JaberStaff are trustworthy and very friendly, the job was perfectly done and with unarguable high standard and using high quality products, prices are very reasonable, they are very professional, I had to leave the car at the workshop and have a business trip for few days and yet they kept me constantly updated on the status of the job. I strongly recommend doing business with capital auto repairing.

ali abbasv expensive.. few months back they gave me high quotation which i disagreed so had to pay them 250 dhs for inspection charges later i got the quotation direct from the agency for 1000 dhs less..

Gaspk NorkI would actually give them 5 stars on service and 2 stars on their charges. Their service is great, they know what they are doing and once fixed you will never come back for the same issue. HOWEVER, their charges are stiff and not flexible at all. From my experience, it does not matter if you are a new or a repeat customer they will not entertain any discount on their stiff charges.

Nizar SwailemAs a pre-owned VW owner, Capital Auto Repairing has provided me with an excellent alternative to the dealership for major and minor service, as well as stocking parts that would otherwise need to be ordered. Theyre quick, friendly, and very attentive, (as well as close, when compared to where the VW service center is) which is the key advantage for me here. Price wise, they are reasonable, but there isnt a significant cost saving. All in all, worth it, considering the pros and cons to each customer.
