John FernandesI rented out from Shift about 3 times. They were reasonable with their quotes. The Car was clean and well maintained. I didnt face any problems during pickup, the rent period or the handover! Only issue was post two months after the hand over, they issued a charge for salik without informing. I was not happy about it! But apart from that, Everything else was good. I would rent out from them again!

Khaled KassemBad service, it took them ages to return my deposit, they replaced the car few times though I didnt request for the car to be replaced, they said it is because the car is getting sold. Wont deal with them again.

Tony NaiefAbsolutely horrible, one of the most messed up experiences Ive ever encountered, from the second I booked just horrible horrible, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, I swear of Rostomani owners know whats happening they will close down They tried to give me car with an expired registration!!!, when I refused they kept making up stories and after 3 hours I was sent without a rental, on top of that the PRO calls me, how the hell is the PRO related to customer care? Absolute disaster

Prashanth KamathI had paid the deposit ( AED 1,500) in cash and they were to return this amount to me 45 days after the return of the car which ended on 24th February 2016. Since then I am chasing for my payment and have not yet received it. The calls dont get answered , emails dont get replied to and the customer service executive sitting at the counter doesnt know much and has a very laid back attitude. The only choice I was left with is to visit the center every second day only to have no update. She keeps checking in the system and promising a further date . If you are a tourist in this country please be careful before paying the deposit as you may have to leave the country without receiving the amount back. I have still not received my money and neither has anybody from the team called me with an update.
