Sherif MagdiOne line conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I wish there was less than 1 star to give this so-called company. They know how to take your money so well. Dont get tempted with the rental rates. They will make up any rediculous excuse to charge you way more than the rent for anything you can think of. In my case, they wanted to charge me for a scratch on the wheel plastic cover part!!! Can you believe that? And the guy who gives you the car of course never mark down those areas because in reality nobody ever checks that.. they engineer the robebry scenario very well. You will be surprised. They also give you the car with not a full tank of gas and most of the time you will have to return the gas more than you took it and they wont refund you for the difference either and would just say "that was nice of you. You can take the extra gas with you if you want!" They are really a big joke. I can write 10 pages on how rude and unprofessional the staff are. The Indian guys speak to each other about you in your face in their own language and say obviously bad words. They dont care to absorb your anger or solve your problem. They will leave you standing there and enjoy seeing you waste your time until their working hours finish and they run out and ask you to come later or you have "no other choice". If the time goes back a million times I would never ever deal with those people again. I wouldnt even accept to have rental car from them for free. I hope this review helps someone out there.

boris bordianuThis car rental rips you off your money, they give the car to you in dirty condition so that you dont get to see all the scratches on the car and when you return the car they will start showing you scratches from under the car, in addition never give them your credit card for deposit, normally they are meant to make a block on your card for deposit and return it to your card after 30days, but this car rental actually cash out the money from your card and even cash more than the deposit. They also want you to vacuum the interior of the car when returning a car they gave to you in a dirty condition. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!

green parrotHow I wish I had read the reviews before I rented from this sham of a company....they hand over the car in a filthy condition and only after washing it did the numerous marks and scratches show up.... upon returning the car they charge you the security deposit and after demanding to speak to the manager or owner ,the response is to simply tell you to contact the Police and file a report.....this is at best incompetence and at worst a complete scam to steal thousands of Dhs from innocent customers... I for one will be referring the matter to the Authorities and I hope others do the same,companies like these should not be allowed to operate in Dubai..... do yourself a favour and find an alternative reputable company

They handover a car in dirty condition so that you dont get to see all the scratches on the car and when you return the car they will start showing you scratches from under the car. I wonder why they dont check car and shows scratches in the same way while giving you a car. In addition to this, last time also they cheated me like this - they asked me to pay fine for Sharjha although I did not even go there. I feel like car went itself to sharjha and got fined there. They now changed their name from Al Emad to Quick lease to cheat people with new name. Customer service - they are poor in customer service and really need to learn how to deal with people. Staff are rude and unprofessional people. But best in fooling customer and stealing money professionally from them. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!! After reading reviews that they cheated not only me - almost same issues with all customers. So I think now it is time to call police and report about them. When you argue with them so they says we ll do a case on you.But this is not gonna work now because Quick-lease need police now to teach them how to stop stealing money from people. They are biggest liars. Never get a car from them even if it is free - one of the bad company I have ever seen in my life.

They are not earning money from your rental but they earn money when you return a car and one guy will check under the bonnet and find one small scratch and report that as car damage. huhhhhh, they will say ok the car is damaged and you have to pay 800 AED for this. Amazing, then the indian guy or Filipino girl will call the manager and give a phone to you to speak to our manager. Manger is arabic speaking guy and he will say my friend you have to pay this no other option. I said why I will pay this because Its not my fault nor I did. He will say ok I will file a case on you or call a Police. what a man... I said ok call police and file a case on me but I will not pay for this. I dont know how many people are victim of this company. trust me, In my life I never found worst company like this. professional way to steal and deduct your money. I never went to sharjah and they said you have fine of 500 AED which is issue in sharjah. I told them come and see CCTV footage of my office car parking you will see my car. I never been to sharjah for almost 3 months, then how come fine issue to me from sharjah? I returned a car with 2 bars less from full tank petrol and they charged me 50 AED for that. Chevrolet Spark full tank fill is arround 50 to 55 AED and they charged me 50 AED just for 2 bars less petrol from full tank. I dont believe this. they should tell me this before that while renting a car. When you are taking car from them they will give you in dirty condition and they will never check the scratches on the tyres area and under the bonnets but when you return the car then they check each and every part of the car even under the car. guys please make sure to stay away from these people or make full video of car before renting from them, else you will be victim and you have to pay 1000 AED for nothing. Dont go after their cheap rates, they are real cheap and they will prove that when you return a car. Read all other ppl reviews and see what happened to them as well.

Joey ConcepcionRented cars from this establishment for more than a year. Very friendly and accommodating staffs (except for one guy with the beard and mustache. dont know his name). But recently they started charging me for scratches and wheel hub damage. I tried to contest but I never won. They said the damages were new. Fine! maybe i was not paying enough attention to the checklist before i receive the car from them. So I decided not to rent from them anymore because of this. When i got my deposit back after a month of returning the car, theyve deducted 90 dirhams form my deposit claiming late SALIK. Problem is, I live near Al Khail road and there is no SALIK in Al Khail.

I could see the guys were trying to find literally any reason to charge me. First it was the seat has a spot on it. Then they pointed at literally a microscopic dot on the front of the car. Finally they said there was a line and charged me 150 dirhams extra. This is marina branch im talking about. Im going to need to rent a car for 6 months soon, guess where Im not going?

Their own man is on voice recording stating that a small dent on the car was not caused by us , but due to the negligence of these con artists, to quote them "Our own man didnt spot the dent before, so you will be charged for this even though I can see that you havent caused it." Only use this company if you want to be charged an extra 1500 AED which seems a common story when looking at other reviews. They take advantage of tourists and are completely oblivious to any customer service and couldnt care less. Cars are dirty anyway so it is impossible to spot damage everywhere, even for the scammers who work there. Picture evidence is not sufficient for this company.

Syed RizwanCars are dirty and not the model they promise. One needs to be very careful and point out the smallest of scratches while taking the car. otherwise be ready to pay. Fuel provided at time of giving the car is nearly empty but they expect a full tank while taking the car back. Most of the ratings are accurate. I am giving 2 stars only because my deposit was returned on time with a few calls to the accounts section. Woould think twice before hiring from them.

MilesHavana*** WARNING *** I paid a 1500AED deposit for a car rental to a man called Farrukh back in September 2016 and the car was returned in December 2016. I requested a refund from Farrukh in December but was told I had to wait 30 days due to company policy. 30 days passed and after Farrukh ignored my messages for a week, I was then passed on to Sadiq in accounts and despite it now being February and having received numerous promises from Sadiq, my deposit is yet to be refunded. I have now contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback due to fraud and Sadiq has now fallen silent. I would recommend anyone looking to hire a car in Dubai to avoid this company at all costs as unfortunately once they receive your money, their subsequent customer service is non existent. An unfortunate experience that has tarnished my time in Dubai caused by two people who have a complete lack of care or concern for anything other than their own fraudulent personal gain.

gulnura junushevaRun away from Al Emad Car rental company. I have very bad experience with them. All started after I have taken a car for a month. 1. They told me it was Kia Picanto 2015 and I trusted. Later I found it was 2013 model. 2. The police fined me because they did not put original Car Registration Card, the fine was addressed to the rental company but Al Emad deducted it from my deposit. 3. When I return, they check all the minor scratches and ask for money. Be careful when you are taking. They might, not notice minor scratches when giving you the car and notice it when you are returning. When I was returning the petrol was lesser for 5 Liter and they asked 100 AED for it. The stuff is so ignorant, high nose especially Reza Khan who is in the front desk, the accountant, the manager. Once they took deposit and the rental beforehand, they will not solve any of your requests. I will never use their service again.

jamal ABIDARI asked for availibilities and the guy on the phone said we have kia picanto. Then when I went to the office with my family I had the good news that the car was not available. Then I asked for an offer for another car that was more expensive and they did not give me even 1 aed. They did not even try to help or apologize. On top of that I found a very dirty car. Very recent accent with less than 50000km but still very dirty with stuff from the previous people. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. I took the car because I had no other choice as I was there with family and it was too hot outside.

I got in a trouble with this company as they dont work and help after office hours, dont inform about changes in timings for Holidays, until now I still didnt get security deposit in a full amount! I had to open a case in a police to get my money back and still they have not refund me full amount. If u want to get good service and be calm NEVER choose Al Emad rent a car Dubai.

Rodney AraujoOne of my worst customer experiences !! I rented a car from them and when I returned it there was a small scratch, for which they charged me AED 1000 !! I asked them for proof that it actually cost that much, but all they gave was a quotation from some local garage, which anyone can get ! No proof that the work actually cost that much. I had a AED 1500 deposit which was supposed to be refunded after 1 month. It has been 2 months now, nor have I heard from them nor are they replying to my mails. Completely unprofessional & unethical.
