Very bad. This Hertz branch didnt work with proper attitude and lack of honesty. I booked from the hertz.ae, however the staff of this office insist I book from European website and challenged as my fault. And finally they refused to cover insurance for some reason other supplier dont have. It was the worst experiences Ive ever had in my life.

Very slow services. Very rude employees. Lots of delay . No one picks up the phone even I was at the Hertz desk and calling to test but there was 2 free employees who never bothered to pick up the phone
