noah christopherfriendly staff but the entire transaction was impersonal/explanations of documentation rehearsed/on repeat. its like they know what theyre doing but are bored doing it. they just want your signature and for the transaction to be completed.

Hammoudeh AhmadWhen I rented a car from the DWC airport branch they were good, but when I went to return the car after one month to motor city branch, it was a very bad experience. The guys started checking the car in a very strange and scrutinizing way like they were aiming to find something wrong! That was the first time in my whole life I see anybody checking a returned car like that. The guy asked me did you smoke in it? I said no and I dont smoke!! I used it with with my family only. He said I smell smoke! I said that is coffee my friend not smoke!! Look the coffee cup is still in it, he said oh I see. Then he called his colleague and talked to each other and decided that I should pay 150 AED for dry clean, guess why?? It was a small dry coffee spot on one of the back floor mats. I said my friend I have used this car as a family for a month so you should expect some small things like that anyway, I will clean it myself. Then he decided to waive it this time only and next the he will not!!! I would be stupid to deal with them for a second time! It was like bad experience to be treated like that
