They made me wait 3 hours in the airport because of "misunderstanding" After many attempts to join them by telephone some helpful guys in Dubai airoprt found on internet another number and I could have someone coming. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. Not even a sorry was said. The car is given by a strange person speaking bad english in a dark parking place of the airport. This guy takes a photo of your credit card, sends it via whatsapp to his boss, makes you sign the contract on the car and thats the way things are done. They charged me huge extra parking costs (why I have to pay the parking??) which I said I didnt want to pay. The guy said ok Ill pay but it was a joke and in the end I paid for that. Plus an extra 175€ that I got no explanation. Im waiting for an answer but very unlikely Ill get it. Dont use this company, it may look cheaper but then its the hell.

Vishal GargPlease avoid renting from this company. They have crap cars. Car I received was 5 years old and done 75000 KM already. Services were awful as they dont have any physical presence. They wasted hell lot of my time at the airport. Total waste of money and time. Worst car renting experience ever.

La voiture quon a loué nest pas la bonne, à larrivée à laeroport nous navons même pas eu dexplication comme quoi il ny avait pas de comptoir dédié à GoRent, on a été reçu par un monsieur qui a pris pleins de photos de mes documents et maintenant des prélèvements de GoRent se font sans explication sur mon compte bancaire! À fuire ! La prochaine fois je vais payer plus cher mais au moins jaurais pas à subir une arnaque... létoile est simplement pour poster un commentaire, il ne mérite rien !
