Leeda OrbaseThe Indian staff here is nice. He will accommodate u fairly. The problem was with the operation team of the sell any car itself for giving me wrong procedure. As 1st time seller i was so disappointed that they will not give you the whole procedure. The operation team is really hard to get in touch with. I processed everything and leave my car with them as I am expecting they will teach me the right procedure. Theu told me once rta release mortgage call them for the next procedure. When I called them they told me to go to the branch to sign the transfer and bring emirates Id. I rushed to go there to finish everything on the same day but to my surprise they want me to go back again by tomorrow cause they need to clear my fines with rta. Why they didnt tell me first and foremost that before the transfer they need to clear the fines.. so disgusting.. i spend 40 dhs to reached there then they just going to say go back again tomorrow. How stupid it is that they not even discussed everything before asking someone to go there. A big mistake for entrusting first time transaction with the operation team of SAC. Of course you will assume all of the seller will probably have traffick fines. Now if he told me they need to clear first the traffick fines before the transfer I did not go there and took the most convenient way just to be there on time. I just wasted 40 dirhams and the one arabic Staff who assisted me is so sarcastic when I asked him about why like this amd why like that. As if he do not want to entertain u with all means.
