You cant go wrong with the cars under this roof!!.. and for those previously sceptical about the brands.. the service packages and service from Al Tayer play a big role in the purchase decision. I had a Ford and was very happy.. I wouldnt mind one day going back for a Jaguar or Land Rover.

They overprice everything. Tried to charge me 1330 dirhams to change rear break pads on my Ford Taurus. Called Ford supplier and bought it for 200 dirhams and after replace it in RTA approved garage for 150 dirhams! Dont go there! After one service they called me to come and pick up my car, after paying taxi and came to pick it up, they said it is still not finished and to come tomorrow. Taxi total 400 dirhams!!! Even my car is under warrenty and after my complain they said that thay replace the part just to find out they didnt!!!!! but just repair it and problem was back! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! TOTAL AND UTTER DISASTER!!!!!!!

If you want to buy a car, make sure you have a good service agent behind it as the car brand is not enough as a selection criterion. This is why I chose ford, because it is a good brand but in addition, it is serviced by All Tayer Motors and they are one of the best in the UAE.

My whole engine had to be changed on a Jaguar XF. At first (and of course) they did not believe that there was anything wrong with the car. Only after I insisted a couple of times, they took the time to invest some time and to find out that the engine was "gone". It took them almost 3 weeks to replace it. Only after insisting and not wanting to leave without a replacement car, I was given one. Shortly after the engine was changed the car was still behaving very randomly with various errors and warnings incl. gear box faults. I tried to get in contact via the phone and left minimum of 5 messages to be called back. Nothing happened!!!! I had to drive to the shop and demanded to talk to the manager. In the end there was another problem which they fixed within 3 days.

Like any dealership excercise extreme caution when dealing with staff and when dealing with service employees. Follow up on an request and dont trust them with anything. Customer service is OK.

Worst dealer in UAE, cheap cheaters, had to change my Maserati tyres twice after around 10k km only due to the tyre Camber, because the alignment that THEY did was wrong,,, they knew it and didnt admit it.. BTW, I drive very carefully, and when they checked the alignment they confirmed that it was still perfect, so what happen? They said the driving style, they mean I was drifting!!! Stupid excuse and they know it, especially after looking at the tyres how the Camber affected them perfectly Thanks ALTAYER for everything .. my regards to your AWFUL car service management Lets see what the future will bring

Al Tayer Maintenance service is very poor. They take every opportunity to charge you and dont listen to your concerns as a customer. When you ask to see a manager they ask you to wait 20 mns. When you ask to see in writing what has been done on your car as part of the warranties they can t tell you...very poor service...

Dropped my car for a diagnostics check. And asked if the evu diagnostic sheet can be given to me at the end which they didnt give it to me after they agreed to give it to me. They asked me to change lot of things which we found out that it doesnt need to be replaced. Took the car to another shop and it was fixed within one day.

2 times I have been there for minor accedint repair ,it takes more than 3 weeks to repair, which will take maximum 3 days with any local shop. So you should have 2nd car to buy FORD.

From my experience I can`t recommend the service mainly because of 2 reasons: * poor customer service (1st update about our car after 24 hours; lack of communication and information provided; car not ready when i came to pick it up even they called me to come - overall very unprofessional way of dealing with the customers) * not worth the money (car diagnosis proved to be not accurate, car has to stay overnight even for minor work)

Can only rate service garage on my behalf! Nice service with the whole setup with booking etc but the garage and the warranty cover is bs. Warranty on F150 trucks do not cover electronics, like power windows. only gear and engine. Shame and false marketing. Truck, F150, service is like 750AED, 200USD! oil and filter basically... My truck had imbalance after service, due to tire rotation. nothing they ever said but its pretty obvious. After complain they charged 200AED for tire balance. no difference.. i gave up and rather leave it somewhere else than dealing with unknowledgeable people. Dubai standards.
