Sadly I dont think I will visit this branch again. I used to drop by a couple of times each week...some of the staff are great and others dont provide the service you would expect from Costa. They never seem to have any loyalty cards, I think I have asked on and off for about a year now without success. However they have no problem having enough coffee cups, coffee, receipt paper, packaging. Seems odd. They get daily deliveries of food so why cant they get a daily delivery of loyalty cards? Store is a little old now too and could do with a refurbishment like some of their other stores. They could be a 4 or 5 star but work required to improve.

Could be better. I have a bad experience with a coffee with milk (seems to have water) but its not a bad place.
