Ok, meet quality is average, I test it at a friend house, and as I said, meet was ok, usually I buy from the Union Co-OP, but today I had some unexpected guests and have to find the nearest butcher shop, so went to them. As soon as am inside, I saw 1 of the workers just had a massive sneeze while he is working on meet to wrap plates, and the man just use his hands (no gloves) to clean his nose and continue working on the meet, I turned back and left.
