Bed mattresses were a little hard. Also there are cheaper better options out there. But my stay was comfortable and staff were terrific!

I have stayed for more than a week. When i checked in i had like 3 bags and a guitar, i thought that some one would help me with it, but i had to carry it by myself to my room, i didnt bother to ask either.. Other than that, the room is good, room service guys are cool, breakfast feels healthy. One thing i want to say is that, i know most hotels just keep 2 small bottles of water. Atleast keep 2 big bottles instead considering dubais heat. Also every now and then the room/lift access card stops working and i had to take it to the reception. There is a spa and pub. Also you have easy access to dragon mart 2. Overall, its a good place to stay.

It is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is very good. The location is perfect for any wants to stay and shop at the dragon mart.

Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Continental, American, Middle Eastern, or have it your way. Clean lobby, faces dragon mall, also direct entry to more shopping malls and great restaurants including America Chilis restaurant.

Its good, clean and value for what you pay for. One problem is there is no Windows in the room so to yet feel of fresh breeze you have to go outside. Further there is no valet parking and no one to carry your luggage.

i checked in at 11:55pm on 24th May. First person I encountered was a Pilipino lady(in particular) at the reception. She was not professional, she didnt smile, she misguided me saying I wont be able to stay since my ID wasnt valid, She calls her manager and when he double checked he said its Ok and my ID was valid. Very unprofessional and this is not something a guest should be expecting upon their arrival especially after a flight. Hotel facility is 4/5. Staff is 1/5 didnt find them helpful and friendly. It seemed they were bored of their job.

We were a group of 4 who had booked a table for iftar last week at the hotel ... we were warmly welcomed and given a choice on the seating possibilities. Once we were comfortable, traditional Ramadan beverages were served on our table - they were promptly refilled as well! The buffet spread was varied enough for everyone to find something of their liking and we all enjoyed the dessert spread. Worth a re-visit ( especially since the price was so right) !

Stayed here for a fairly long duration (business visit). Friendly staff except one dark guy in the restaurant and one really arrogant (Pakistani) guy at the front desk. WiFi speed is good. Can see burj Khalifa on clear days from some rooms.

الفندق لطيف. العاملون فيه متفانون. الغرف جيدة جدا ومساحتها مقبولة ليست واسعة. الاثاث جيد. الديكورات جيدة. فندق اقتصادي و نظيف ومرتب . يبعد عن سوق الدراجون مارت مسافة 60متر باقل من دقايق تكون في السوق. الفندق بعيد عن انشطة مدينة دبي. موضوع هنا لخدمة الدراجون مارت. افطارهم متعدد واصنافهم جيد. يصلح للختات السريعة و المبيت والعمل فقط. سأعاود لهذا الفندق في حالة العمل فقط. وسلامتكم
