Overall much better than the other Ibis about 1.5km away. Staff are friendly and look to mak your stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately the rooms are small and somewhat dated. For an upgrade, book next door at the Novotel.

This hotel has several good points: 1- Walking distance to a metro station 2- Walking distance to Mall of the Emirates 3- Several convenience stores around 4- Clean cozy rooms 5- Perfect service 6- Very affordable. The negatives however are: 1- small rooms 2- basic restaurant. HOWEVER.. these are minor inconveniences that had no impact on us. This is a perfect hotel if your Dubai holiday is mainly outside and you want a clean decent place to sleep in at the end of the day.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, ask for Glorie and Abel el Fattah they are very kind, good service, rooms are spacious and clean, international breakfast, and nearby the hotel there are many shops and of course Mall of Emirates. I highly recommend Ibis Mall of Emirates hotel.

good hotel. location is ideal very close to mall of emirates. they gave us a bad smelly room and when we complained they shifted us to a better room. small rooms. around 25 sqm. the staff is not clean and they wont change towels untill u ask them to do so. a tip get a room on 3rd or 2nd floor.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my stay in Dubai. A convenient location to visit the mall of emirates by walk. Also metro station is at a walking distance. Pretty close to all major attractions in Dubai.

There are two google map locations for the MOE IBIS, one is incorrect "hotel ibis mall of the emirates" is the correct location. Great value for money. We were wallpapering our house so we wanted to stay in an inexpensive hotel that night with the little one while the flat aired out a little, and we wanted to be close to home. This was a pretty central location. My wife insisted that we stay at an International chain so we chose this ibis. To be honest I am glad we chose this as the area it is in is full of hotels some of which seem questionable! But to be fair a lot of the unknown Hotels also look decent but since I was only staying a night I couldnt be bothered looking at all the reviews. The rooms were tidy and reasonably clean, reasonable space and bed size. It came with two complementary waters as well as free Wi-Fi and free basement parking all which were very convenient, and very much appreciated. Breakfast buffet was included in our booking, and it was a pretty decent buffet for the price, but I would not have paid for it were it not included. The reception was pretty smoky when we arrived, due to a nightclub at the lobby level. thankfully this had dissipated by morning so eating breakfast was fine. If I were to be picky I would say the bathroom walls could do with a little scrub as well as a tiny bit of deeper cleaning in the rooms but nothing serious. Linens were very clean and very white! To close off the staff were very nice and friendly, great customer service, if the prices remain this competitive I dont think I will even bother looking for somewhere else to go when the wife decides to do more work on the house which which seems to be every 2 to 3 months!

Ibis Mall of Emirates, is 3 mins on foot away from The Mall of Emirates. very good service, and has an underground free parking for guests. its an express hotel and through I recommend it. the rate I got was 65$ per night.

Very overpriced for the standard of accommodation. Internet speeds reminded me of dial up days. There was an extra charge just to use the pool. The rooms are tiny. Needless to say I wont be staying here again.

the hotel is great for long and short term stays although the breakfast buffet is not versatile enough (sausages, runny scrambled eggs, baked beans...EVERYDAY!!) and even the dinner buffet rotates on a weekly basis so you end up eating same theam dinner 4times a month! the coffee machine is PHENOMENAL! the staff is nice but not well informed. one of the hosts at the restaurant was kindda of a snob! but the rest tried their best to help. over all, a solid "good" place to stay.

Hotel ben tenuto, buona pulizia giornaliera delle stanze, quartiere tranquillo e comodo a raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città poiché si trova a metà, oltre ad avere taxi sempre disponibili e stazione metro a nemmeno 5 minuti a piedi. Wi-fi buona sia in camera che negli spazi comuni (rallenta nelle ore di maggior traffico...ma comunque sufficiente). Trovando una buona offerta si fa un affare!

Отель хороший, по сравнению с Россией - 2* просто шикарно!!! Завтрак (шведский стол) не плохой, выбор есть. Ужин 75 AED, но только с понедельника по четверг, но выбор опять же широкий... Вай-фай бесплатный, но только в лобби и перед входом ловит. Расположение отличное: слева пляж, справа - центр. Не далеко от метро: Sharaf DG (33) и Mall of the Emirates (32). В шаговой доступности шикарный молл of the Emirates + Sky Dubai, там же можно рубли на дирхамы обменять, рядом автобусная остановка (со стороны парковки).
