The location of the hotel is very accessible with the metro station just a walking distance and the supermarket right outside. We stayed here for one night and we definitely felt recharge the next day! Thumbs up and thank you very much to the reception team for there assistance and for making us feel welcome. A special mention to housekeeping for offering to press our clothes. We would definitely come back..

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I think I will be staying in this hotel whenever I will visit Dubai. Keeping my comfort and services that I received in this hotel I have recommended to many of my friends and colleague. Being a member of the ibis club I am again refuse to get reward points due to my booking through my travel agent. What else I have means to book the hotel except through my agent who books my flight, who cares my comfort in travel and whom I discuss my travel plan. I explained the condition by the staff in a well-mannered way but this condition does not suit to my satisfaction. Around the globe travel agent look for better deal for their client and if you ignore the importance of travel agent and do not accommodate guest check-in through travel agent or airline, there are several hotels offering better deals to travel agent business. I like to stay 100 nights a year still I cant be the member of the ibis reward program.

My experience is going of very well I am giving you 50% out of 100 marks. water is not enough in the rooms, must be four small or 1 large bottle. wash rooms are to narrow. but your breakfast service are very well and really I like that and especially protocol of your staff for guest are very good. Towels are very small, its not enough to dry your body after shower. But my over all stay is very well. Thax a lot for services.

I had been using ACCOR Hotel for years but for business.. opt for IBIS. Very good value for money with top notch facilities for business. As well, their kitchen is gaining popularity - good healthy food. In particular - Ibis Rigga Dubai, UAE - has an amazing chef and the business lunch set menu always comes up to our expectation. The Cube bar is perfect to unwind after an intense business day... This is now my preferred business hotel in Dubai.

The beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly. Had an amazing time. The only problem I faced was when I wanted to call the operator for something, the phone would keep on ringing for quite some time, before anyone picked. But, its a great place to stay in. Its easily accessible, and definitely worth the money.

I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai, and the ibis hotel in Deira is the best one for a pleasant experience while saving money. As soon as you step outside, you can look left and right see every type of food and shopping. Also, the Dubai Metro is nearby, and you can reach all of the sites to see in Dubai. Taxis are also easily available. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Hami at the reception desk. Mr. Hami took great care of me and assisted me with finding the perfect room to meet my needs. I extended my stay from one night to thirteen total nights. Thank you to all at the Deria ibis.

I really felt at home. It has the advantages of being a hotel close to the city, but not in the tumultuous. Around you can find endless facilities. The staff at the reception is very friendly They always treated with a smile, to respond satisfactorily to my requests and beyond them. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast superdelicious, plentiful and varied. The young man who attends the tourist desk, is very knowledgeable about the subject. It is characterized by its kindness and patience The rest of the staff are always up to scratch. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the delicious pillows The other employees always ready (at any time) to satisfactorily meet any demand The gym has the necessary equipment as well as the computer room. I only have one suggestion, to put on the machines of the gym, suggestions on their use, as users who do not know about their operation, can injure themselves or mistreat the machine

My experience with your kind establishment was great , warm reception , exceptional room workers and amazing smile with the receptionists. Few I can mentioned names if is allowed, Myres such an awesome receptionist,Mariam , Khalid dont know if I get the name right, he is the slim guy at the breakfast corner and comes at night. Eugene and one short lady at the reception are also great.

Nothing exceptional that would make the hotel stand out from the others around it. Not quite bad but definitely not great. Small room, elevators were janky, no in-room safe, a single water bottle for a room of two people, and the liquid soap was empty when we arrived. Wifi was pathetic for dubai. Wifi (and honestly room) at Premier Inn that i stayed a few days prior was far superior.

Not really something to look back on. Although the hotel is situated in a good location, the mostly very small rooms are definitely not worth the high room rates. Facilities like spa and gym are also very limited, again raising questions as to why someone would want to pay such high/uncompetitive rates in a place where there isnt exactly a shortage of hotels. Or perhaps this is just the Dubai model: tourists pay through their nose for the Dubai experience...

We had a great time in Dubai, both inside and out of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, its a train ride away from the airport and also close to alot of shops and a mall.There is also a daily shuttle to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we asked or needed something. The food was always fresh and delicious. I would defenitely reccomend Ibis to anyone who would be travelling to Dubai.

Arriving at the hotel didnt have that "welcomy" feeling. The room itself was okay, not above nor below par. It was si ply average. But whats not good was there were no amenities, face towels or hand towels. Just a simple bath towel and floor matt. I had to buy an electric kettle and a box or 3in1 coffee as it was not in the room. No slippers and no bathrobe. Whenever I requested something, specifically bottled water, it always takes a lot of time before it comes.

Value for money. Cost effective. Conveniently located. many food joints around. Malls nearby. Metro station on walking distance. But unfortunately, we could not find a cab for the airport on the Sunday evening when we left. Hotel staff tried to help but in vain. So we ran towards the metro station and could reach the airport before airlines check-in counter closed and could board the plane. But for this last minute panic, the stay at the hotel was comfortable. One more thing. There are two rates of breakfast in the hotel that is DHS 45 for the early risers from 6 AM to 10 AM and then @ DHS 25 for lazy people from 10.30 AM to 12 Noon. The reception did not inform us about the lazy breakfast.

The Ibis hotel standard is one I am happy with. Ibis Al Rigga in Dubai was no exception. Great business lunch special which allowed us time to retreat from the May heat. Of especial note was the travel advisor, Syed Asim Ahmed from Rayna Tours who directed us well on our future travel plans as well as on local travel matters. He was patient with our enquiries.

Bothina. and Id like to thanks all staff in Buffet Sani-Chleu-Rizan-Zyra-Tema-Kaim they were so kind and helpful also other staff I met but unfortunately I didnt deal with them in the Reception. one issue it was beyond their control to help us further the internet speed t was too slow, they told me that they are fixing the IT it, but I suggest also to make 2 user names for WIFI one for guests and other for VIP guests. also Ive comment for the Housekeeping if they better use disposable gloves for each room while cleaning. in additional to that the bedding its getting old you need to do renovation soon possible. however your Hotel is busy annual and a lot of rooms, which need to use Sound insulator between the rooms because you can hear anything from other even like mobile notification and also the main door to be more thick. thanks indeed all.

To leave a comment you have to give a star... I used to visit Al Rigga IBIS restaurant on the ground floor. Now I will never go there again Why on Tuesday 5th April 2016 at about 9.45pm I finished eating my food then asked for the bill after this skinny Indian water took the money I waited for the change in the end I had to ask for my change just to be told by this Indian water that he had given me the change when I told him no you did not he replied I WATCHED YOU PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET I then sead really he sead yes... so what did you give me 40+ then explain why I only had 2×5 plus 100 notes after having a shouting match and being called a thief I spoke to the duty manager and requested a written apologie it is now April 11th and I am still waiting. Why did I post this on Facebook becouse the hotel management did not respond to my request and yes they have my business card so they could have contacted me at any time. ....................

Rooms are practically door to door and many of the rooms on inside have connecting doors. If your neighbors like to talk you are screwed as the whole conversation goes right through the doors. There is no sound proofing between rooms. Beds are great and very comfortable. Electricity outlet plugs are not traveler friendly and hotel did not have an adapter for me. At 540 Dhms. Per night they should be better equipped. Bathroom also had foul odour from drain.

Вкусная еда, чистые номера, хорошее обслуживание номеров, бесплатны интернет, бесплатный автобус до моря утром и после обеда 2 раза, приветливый персонал, удобное расположение в центре Дубая это самые главные плюсы этого отеля. 2 звезды это как в России 4 звезды. И цена хорошая. В общем заселяйтесь и не пожалеете так как лично проверил качество. За отелем есть супермаркет круглосуточный. Кстати климат контроль есть в каждом номере с чайником, водой, кофе и холодильником. Каждый день убирают и пополняют запасы кофе, туалетной бумаги, воды и салфеток)
