The service was great, rooms ok, smelled musty. Buffet was just ok, but all you can eat. Did have some American style food. There was a club, swimming pool, and gym. It was in walking distance from the mall which was open until about 2am on some nights.

I enjoyed my stay here in Citymax, the hotel has a great view of the Burj Al Arab and the MOE. The room is clean, roomy, and comfortable. In addition, Razzak, the cleaning staff, was charming and friendly. Razzak knew my birthday and asked everyday if there is anything I need.

Straight out of the door you can get to the Mall of the Emirates which is a good starting point for all major bus tours around the area. There is a mini mart directly opposite with anything you may need and there are some nice local places to eat too.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not all, but still a few of the front desk employees are really rude and annoying. The management has no consideration for the customers. They are just there to cash the money and don t care about giving you a positive experience in their hotel. They have a disgusting and i believe illegal rule where they don t allow you to have a visitor in your room. They really don t care about the fact that you are on vacation, you re spending a lot of money, and you need to enjoy your time without non sense restrictions. The cleaning people are working hard, i understand that, but they also can be very rude and agressive in this hotel. It s seems that the lack of respect and consideration for the customer is part of Citymax hotel culture and dna.

Affordable, but not the best value for money. Out of the hotels nearby, it had the best rates over the Christmas holiday, but the value seems a bit low. The hotel room is a lot smaller than rooms you can pay just a little more for, and the thermostat wont go below 22° C. If you can tough it out to save a couple bucks, this is the place for you.

Nice hotel when you visit Dubai. Near The Emirates Mall. From there we explored Dubai bij Metro. Breakfast is good. Lots of choice. Rooms are bit aged and small, but clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The sports bar is a great place to end your day. Enough choices for cocktails and drinks. And of course the serve something to eat. The Hustle plater is good.

Lobby is smokey, but the facilities are OK. Gym and small pool are good. There is a bar by the pool and a couple of bars by the lobby. Its a fun place with lots of good places to eat nearby. Great value especially if you smoke. Non-smokers have to put up with some smoke-smell.

Worst experience in my life with the Huddle barsha bar.. Indian Manager named Rismond is incompetent and lack of respect...He doesnt knw what customer service is and even doesnt value old customers and very sarcastic for a manager to talk to customers ..talking as if he owns the place... After this experience i will never come back to this place... I was surprised to be asked for the first time to deposit my debit/credit card for payment if i want to pay later .. i cant even count how many times Ive been in this place and nobody asked me to do so.. I always recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends but after today i dont think so.. I even celebrated my childs 1st b day in Maxx with suraj doing an awesome job...This must be looked at and conduct customer service training to such staffs from top to bottom..what a sad thing .. I looked at other table and they dont even do the same way they did to me.You just lost one good customer .. treat everyone alike for youll never knew how valuable they are... never coming back.. hope management can investigate this mess...

What a great place to stay!! Even though the rooms are small, the service is exceptional, the food is very good, the pool is nice and there is a lot of fun entertainment in the two on site bar/restaurants as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Dubai as tours can also be booked and the shopping Mall is across the street, The prices are very reasonable for the area I was treated royally as guests are. Enjoy!!

I stayed at this hotel in busy Barsha for almost four months and wont hesitate to recommend it as an ideal hotel for those who dont want to break the bank visiting Dubai or having a lengthier business stay. This hotel does what it says on the tin - its not plush, but not downtrodden. The key to Citymax is its staff who without fail are courteous, efficient and all-round pleasant. A big mention must go to the Maxx Bar and Grill which has now established itself as the best venue in the district of Barsha and further afield. Entertainment provided by the Usual Suspects. Well done to all involved, especially the staff and management who really look after short and long stay guests. Rooms are clean and well maintained and any issues are addressed quickly. A real hotel for real people. Well done!!!

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом огромный Молл, из которого можно попасть в метро. В отеле вкусная еда. Завтрак и ужин замечательно. Достаточно большой выбор. В номерах убираются каждый день, приходишь как в новый номер. Персонал весь приветливый и приятный, всегда помогут по любому вопросу! На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, достаточно глубокий до 180 см. Есть так же бар где можно купить напитки, бесплатные лежаки, зонты и полотенца.

Отличная сеть отелей. Как по мне соотношение цена качество, вообще сложно переоценить. Прекрасный персонал, отличные завтраки и как прекрасно, что есть бассейн. Мы жили в частности в Отеле, который расположен с Mall of Emirate, тоесть самый центр города. Во всех транспортных развязках вообще отлично и удобно. Всем настоятельно рекомендую эту сеть отелей !

L’hôtel est près du Mall of the Emirates et cest pratique. Par contre avec la discothèque qui est au rez, vous ne dormez pas jusquà 4 heure du matin car il y a trop de bruit. La chambre très petite et la salle de bain en ruine. Je déconseille.
