Chinara TashmatovaThe LEAST favorite bridal shop I visited so far in terms of both the service and the collection of dresses. I did not like the atmosphere the second I stepped inside the shop. I think this impression was mainly caused by the staff which I found unfriendly and rude. Their attitude changed and were more friendly after I showed them that I did not like the way I was treated. Surprisingly, this was the only shop I wanted to leave as soon as possible and my appointment did not last for more than 20 min. All they need is to improve their service and learn some etiquette so it will be a pleasure to visit their boutique.

To the extent that I found my dress in another shop for a few dollars less and in my exact size but still decided to go back to Vanila to buy it from there because I trusted 100% that they would be the best people to do the additions that I wanted on the dress. Victoria is a stellar seamstress. The staff was so professional, patient and friendly and they listened to my needs. A. G.I loved my experience while choosing the wedding dress! The personnel was very attentive, no additional flatter, just pretty valuable advices for the shape of the dress for my body. Even the manager came in for quick look and asked about my experience. The selection of the designers and dresses was very up to my taste. I already had the 2nd dress and needed only main one, but you can easily find your 2nd dress also. I actually tried some of them, as sometimes I need evening gowns for the events. I ended up buying Casablanca Amare Couture dress and absolutely adore our and my pictures from the wedding day. I guess, the wedding day was too busy to actually notice how I looked. I had my dress altered perfectly to my shape, and it took 2 times as I couldnt decide for my underwear top size. Girls were very patient about everything. Thank you, Vanila, for making my wedding day even more special! :)

Julian SamuelsWe are from The States and a colleague of ours recommended going to Vanila Wedding Boutique. We reviewed the comments online and they were overwhelmingly positive. Neither of us were certain we would purchase a dress in Dubai as our wedding is in The States and we were only here on vacation. We set an appointment for Thursday morning and were at the boutique by 11:00am. Subsequent to our arrival, we were immediately greeted by the hostess with choices of coffees and teas both of which were delightful. It was a small boutique with primarily dresses surrounding the store from styles classical to modern depending on the taste of the bride. After understanding the overall environment and being greeted so kindly, the bridal coordinator Dorota came out and introduced herself. She was calm, kind and considerate. We had no idea which dress or style we intended to buy or even if we were going to buy a dress at all but Dorota calmly walked us through each option and then subsequently and strategically had my fiancé try different styles of dress to better understand precisely what she wanted and needed for this very special occasion. We decided on a modern extravagant dress of which the style originated from The Netherlands to be used for the actual ceremony and an American designer with a sleek more defined style for the reception and dancing. In short we picked 2 dresses. We were anxious as to the pricing but the cost for 2 dresses was in some instances less than what we found for many of the dresses we priced in The States which were less stunning than the dresses we acquired. After only roughly 2 hours, we decided on a dress, we then went to Mall of The Emirates and acquired shoes for the wedding to appropriately cut the dress. It took us roughly an hour to select the shoes and then we returned back to Vanila where Dorota and Victoria, their very fun and professional seamstress prepared the dresses for alteration. My fiancé has now returned to The States and when I return, I will be bringing back with me her dream dress from an experience that because of Dorota and the staff at Vanila Wedding Boutique turned out to be a dream for both of us. We would like to thank Dorota, Victoria and the entire Vanila staff for the kindness, the patience, the humor, the selection, the and the pricing that allowed us to make a major and wise decision stress free in a matter of only a matter of hours from purchase to alteration. If youre considering a bridal boutique without pressure but full on consideration, service and cost effective options we would certainly suggest Vanila Wedding Boutique.

Rach KThey had a very big variety of dresses and the best things was that they had a big variety of sizes too. Since Im very tall and since my wedding was in less than 3 months after the fitting, I had to find something that only needed minor tailoring. Vanilla Wedding stylist, Nino, was extremely helpful. She took the time to understand what I like and what I dont and also knew what type of dresses would look nice on me. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on there but she still took the time to show me other dresses to ensure that I definitely make the right decision and have no regrets. The seamstress was there to take the measures for the minor tailoring so I didnt have to come back on a different day for that. Yeyyy cant wait for the wedding :)
