An amazing lady to share a special moment with! My dress shopping in Dubai was not what I had expected, being much more stressful and overwhelming then I had imagined many stores did not offer me a sense of security or hope that I would find what I was looking for. My girlfriend had gotten her dress at the bridal showroom and had spoken highly of Maria. I had only met Maria once during the last fitting however I remembered this reserved lovely lady so I was pleased to go and visit for myself (even though I had worried that the dresses to offer in this store would be above my budget). Maria was a joy to work with. Her gentle nature and honest, none-intrusive personality was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Dubai has so many bridal shops however many associates do not know the trade – do not understanding what dress would provide benefits to body types or even understanding what the customer is saying which means so much time is spend on dresses that are not what you are looking for or dresses that are not meant for you. Maria is patience, allows for everyone that is with you to have an opinion that is taken into consideration and listen to and then ensures that you as the bride are still showing understanding to your friends/family however are provided the opportunity (behind the curtain) in private to communicate your feelings and find your perfect dress. After a very stressful experience and I have to admit a little breakdown I returned to Maria to double check a dress I had placed on hold. When I walked through the door I felt an overwhelming sense of relief that the person that stood to welcome me understood me and wanted the best for me. Maria is truly a master of her trade understanding how to match the perfect dress for you and helps you stay within your budget without sacrificing your dream. She is able to provide you with confidence and the trust that you need with such an important purchase. I am thankful to have her as part of my journey and would recommend her to anyone else looking to find that perfect dress. Kirsten

I had a great experience in The Bridal Showroom Dubai. Bought my dress from them last January and got married just this June. I am petite so not all types of dress would look good on me. Gina, my bridal consultant, was very helpful, friendly and professional. She provided advice on how to choose my dress and what would look good on me. She made sure that I will look my best in my dress. A week before I leave for my wedding, I had my final fitting schedule. Gina noticed that there are still areas they need to do minor adjustments. It was fine with me. I didnt even notice nor care, but she insisted. I was happy. You will really know that they provide not only good but excellent quality service. I got my dress days before my flight. I would also like to thank Jean for her help in doing rush alterations for my gown. On my wedding day, people gushed over my gown and how simple yet perfect it is. Kudos to this team!Highly recommended!

Amazing bridal collection! I was blown away by the range of dresses The Bridal Showroom carries; you can tell each dress was hand picked with attention to detail in mind. The service was extremely professional, with no pressure to buy and excellent advice on what dress best suits your body type. The dress I ended up falling in love with was one that Chaza brought to me, even though I walked by it on the hanger. That is the sign of staff who know their collection well & take the care ti listen to the customers to get a true feel for what theyre after. I cannot thank you enough for having a dress that exceeds every expectation I had!

Theres a couple of gorgeous options and I felt grateful I found my dream dress, in just one glance, I know its gonna be mine. As well the staff made me feel comfortable and suggesting which one suited me best, allowing me to compare through photos, Gina amazed me with her patience and kindness. I first walked in to The Bridal Showroom, a year ago when my little sister was hoping to find her wedding gown. It was probably the 5th store we got to but 2 dresses in, she found her dress! She even got her dress customized with embroidery and sleeves which was beautifully done – the work the TBS team did enhanced the gown even more. It was altered perfectly and delivered on time. And I remember being hopeful then that I would be so lucky when it was my turn shopping for my wedding dress. I stress a bit more about this sort of thing because I am a much bigger size than my sister. And lo, this year it is my turn! I am to be married in November and I could think of no other place to visit than TBS! I just knew I could place my trust in the team there to help me find a suitable silhouette to suit my body shape. And I was so right because I too, got my Wedding dress!! I just walked in and got it! No appointments elsewhere necessary! I picked out 8 dresses to try on that I thought were my style and Gina helped me streamline my options. She always asked how I felt in the dress and what I liked most about it. In the end the dress I fell in love with was a strapless ball gown she suggested I try on. I never would’ve picked that out, ever! It fit beautifully and really accentuated my curves. Thank you Gina for seeing what I didn’t see! I am getting sleeves put in as its’ an outdoor winter wedding and I have no doubt whatsoever that the TBS team will do their best to send me off happily on my way to be wed when I collect my gown this October! We visited the bridal showroom today, this is the first bridal shop Ive been in so I was a little nervous as I did not know what to expect. As soon as I walked through the door I was instantly made to feel very welcome and the lady that helped me was very friendly and listened to what I wanted from my wedding dress. They have a wide variety of gowns in different styles to try on and get a feel for which one works best for you. The lady also had great feedback as to what dresses worked well with my body shape and what to avoid being a little too heavy. I was also very impressed at the price ranges they had in stock, we dont have a massive budget so I was amazed to find a dress that I loved at a very affordable price (including any alterations i may need) I am very impressed and would recommend the bridal showroom to any future brides, weather your looking for a big glamorous wedding or even something a little more low key but every bit as special.

After many visits to different bridal shops this place doesnt compare! When you enter you are the only client for that time, which is so wonderful. There focus is on finding YOU a dress and you alone! Maria really listens to you, she only suggests things you can add or alter to make it the perfect dress your looking for! She doesnt push or pressure you to do anything you dont want (accessories etc.) unlike other shops. She also grabs dresses you dont really think would work but I ended up getting the one she picked out for me, I even got super emotional and cried! I tried on many dresses but it never seemed to resonate with me, but once I had that dress on I just knew that was it, no dress made me feel more like a beautiful bride than the one she picked out. Thank you Maria for helping me pick my dream dress

Very nice place with good collections suiting various price ranges. The staff was very friendly and helpful and created the right atmosphere for such an important moment as finding THE dress. It was the first bridal shop I visited and I ended up buying my wonderful dress. Thank you for the patience of letting me come several times and try it on again and again. I bought my dress 2 days ago and I must say I visited 9 bridal showrooms in Dubai, few in JLT and few in Jumeirah and I was not happy with the quality, even though the price tags were very attractive. This place can offer you good quality dresses if you are willing to spend decent amount of money on it without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.

This place was horrible. I didnt feel at ease choosing a dress at all. I was given an ipad and told to choose dresses I wanted. No support or help. When trying on my first dress the assistant started by asking when I was planning of loosing weight!!! The whole time I was there I felt they didnt want my custom at all.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious, a lot of dresses variety, and they give you the flexibility of redesigning certain elements to make it tailor made for you only. Shaza was absolutely amazing, making the hardest task in the wedding a very simple one. Definitely recommend it for brides to be!

The experience was definitely memorable! Not being a typical bride, I hardly had any idea of what kind of a wedding dress I wanted and was already anxious from the simple fact that I was getting married. But the staff at The Bridal Showroom made the entire experience enjoyable! They guided me through different designs, helped me try on styles that I probably would not have selected myself yet turned out to be beautiful! The bridal showroom were very helpful! I found them online when I was checking store locators for some wedding dress designers. Their website provided great info to contact them and I read great reviews. Chaza from The Bridal Showroom answered my Whatsapp query and she gave me the price ranges which are very reasonable for all kinds of brides. And my budget fell within their price range :) So I booked an appointment at my preferred date and time. And was able to find my perfect dress on the fourth try! Overall it was a great experience; the store is calm and serene. You can chose from the dresses hanging or looking at pictures of models wearing them on the iPad. The staff are very helpful and fashion-wise; Chaza helped me pick a head piece with fabric thats matching the fabric of my dress. And the fitting room is spacious with a layout that allows for your family or friends to be seated comfortably as you change behind curtains that run around a corner with mirrors on all angles and a round platform for you to model under the spotlights.

I found my dream dress but wasnt sure about it the first time I went to try it on. Two day before flying for my wedding, I decided that it was the one. The girls were great at finding it, welcoming me back to try it on once more, and tailor over night so it would be a perfect fit for my big day. Great job all around
