Chloe GrahamMohammed and his team Dee and Anna couldnt have given me a better bridal experience. They were so welcoming, attentive and helpful. Mohammed in particular, is clearly very passionate about giving his brides the most special experience and invests a lot of time and attention into his brides. I wanted alterations doing to the dress I had chosen and Mohammed wasted no time in contacting the designer and getting extra fabric ordered for me to get my dream dress. I have no doubt that Merley is going to do a fabulous job with my alterations. I would highly recommend Contessa to any bride looking to find their dream dress.

I have never had such an extravagant and extraordinary experience in all of the bridal boutiques I have visited. Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Dee went above and beyond to make me feel like the possibilities were endless. I am so grateful for their service and their help. My advice to any bride please make this your first destination. You will never want to go anywhere else!! kuralai zhanseitovaworst experience i had so far.... i have made an appointment a week ahead, however when i called to clarify on that lady ( she told me she is the assistant of the manager) did not even know how to spell my name ! She was very rude to me and told me that I DO NOT have an appointment . She was keep misspelling my name even though i have repeated 4 times letter by letter. At the end when i have arrived to the bridal showroom someone else were there trying dress... I was told to wait . On top of all of that i had only 2 dresses to try on and both of them looked like they have been wore before many times .... so sad.... Not to mention the smell. ( while earlier before i have made my appointment gentlemen asked me what kind of dresses i would prefer and i have given my answers and i was assured that i will be trying lot of dresses on and they will be selecting them ahead instead of waiting time ) I dont know if you want to remove this comment from this website or do whatever! But as Bride i was very disappointed..... wasted by time... I suggest owner should work on the service and the people who works in the showroom ! Best wishes !!!!!

Mimoza LoWith so many bridal salon to visit and see- I was very happy I had landed at contessa and at first visit found my dream wedding gown! They have beautiful, magical and dreamy gowns in all shape and forms! Best part the staff is friendly, accommodating and will help you make the right choice!
