Faisal QassimAmazing food amazing staff, but this is probably my 20th visit and they are still very slow and short on staff on weekends. Week days theyre fine. Maybe consider better staff scheduling?

Abdullah ZThe manager (Ahab) gave us very unprofessional attitude, this is my first and last time to visit this branch! Once my wife and I arrived he started asking us if we are looking for someone! -very disrespectful - then said I will assist you, we asked for a table at the corner and he said its to crowded area your order will take time, I told him its OK, he replied "I warned you"!!!! Two customers came after us and they started eating while we waited for our order I would give only one star but the food was good, otherwise it would be 5 stars Finally, its very hard to feel unwanted in a place you pay for the service to be provided

Rami AmrAlthough breakfast meals looks great but my review is going to be about about launch, they take took much time preparing the food even though the place isnt crowded. The food taste is above average, but launch meals has a great value to portion size ratio

Sinem InelBoth the manager and the store manager need training on customer relations and satisfaction. They have no idea on how to deal with dissatisfied customers! I definitely not recommend anyone to go there. Go somewhere else that you can find tasty, fresh food and more friendly restaurant instead of IHOP Mall of Emirates. My son ate plain crep with cheddar cheese and they were trying to charge us 44 dirhams for the crep and another 15 dirhams for cheddar cheese so a total of 59 dirhams. Their explanation was that as it was specially made for us as it is not standard menu item. A plain crep with cheddar cheese; how special it was.....

J-P MMy favorite breakfast food place Somewhat overpriced, but portions are huge, and much better food, service and value than other places like Eggspectations, which is a rip-off suitable for ppl who just wanna say they "ate at eggspectations"

hashin dashinUnfortunately, we had a very bad breakfast experience. Me n my wife like Ihop and had a great experience back in United States. But here seems to be different. Visited this branch twice and both times a disappointing experience. Late order delivery, several reminders and wrong menu items are to name a few. Misbehavior from the lady "Sandra M". Overall unprofessional service, stay away!
