I have been coming here for 16 years. Best place in Dubai for Blonde Highlights. Great acrylic nails as well and good massages and facials. Booking is essential as its impossible to get a walk-in appointment so plan ahead. Prices are very good too in fact the current rates are actually a lot cheaper than most other salons of this calibre. I highly recommend Rina who owns the salon and does the highlights including all her very competent and loyal staff! Her salon is located on the 4th floor in Al Hawaii tower. Building is in front of Financial center metro station so super convenient as well.
