Sarah FJust would like to echo what some other people have already written below: extremely rude and unprofessional management. Its a shame as the lady who does the eyebrows is good, but I would never recommend anyone to go there. Such a bad experience.

Ez SouzaVery bad customer service skills. I would not recommend dealing with this place as they are unprofessional and rude on the phone. Calling at 10pm the night before to confirm an appointment is not acceptable. When i responded in the morning they msg back 45 mins before the appointment saying that they had given the appointment to someone else. No policy stated on their page. Greedy management. Many other places to do microblading.
