Razan AliI had an appointment here to do my hair and makeup for graduation. I showed the lady a picture of exactly how i wanted my hair (simple hair curling with curling wand) I ended up with my hair looking exactly how it did when i entered the salon. Also when i asked her to re curl a section of my hair she denied it and said it was good when clearly it hasnt been touched. For my makeup, the actual "makeup artist" couldnt even stick my false lashes. She had to get another lady to do so. Even after that, the lady sticked the false lashes to my actual lashes (its supposed to be glued to the skin right above the lash line) which made most of my real lashes fall out when i took my false lashes off. Moving on to the face makeup, she used a very light foundation shade. Also it was very very patchy. I showed her a picture of a very simple eye look and she couldnt even do the outcome. Very very very disappointed. Never ever coming back again. Even 1 star is too much for this salon.

Cynthia KhawandI was a regular customer here for quite some time as its pretty close to my residence, and prices are reasonable. A couple of weeks back, I had an appointment booked a week in advance as I would be traveling on the same day and I was kept waiting for 45 minutes until I left without getting any services done. There was no manager on duty. My number was taken and I never heard back from them. Average services, horrible customer care.

Heba HeikalDont think to dye you hair here or at least think twice, I got my hair dye a year ago and its still damaged till now. Also haircuts & trimming below average.
