Unacceptable poor service for a 5 stars hotel. Ordered lunch by the pool. After few minutes lunch was delivered, while i was visibly eating, the server approaches me asking me to pay the bill. As I ask "do you need me to pay right now while Im eating?" He replies with a firm "yes". Spoke to the restaurant supervisor, who instead of apologizing, stated that this was the procedure. Standard quality for the food. Standard facilities. Rude and uneducated staff.

Its beach resort nice pools . Its great not crowded. Has a good Brazilian restaurant (frevo). The cigar lounge is quite small but usually quite. Get your cigar from the cigar shop opposite the lounge they have a great variety, reasonably priced.

Great place to relax. Very quiet, clean and excellent customer care. Staff on the 9th floor is very dedicated, efficient and available 24 hours a day. Big Thank you to Mr. Subash, very polite, and knew all of us in a day, his pleasant attitude made every breakfast enjoyable and filling. Wish we all took that much pride in all of our ventures. Would also like to Thank Mr. Ahmed Abdelnaeim for his assistance and support during off hours. As for hotel, entering gives you an overwhelming clean, fresh and rosewood fragrance is amazing. From the door service to check-in process to settling in your room with city or ocean view, the service is extraordinary. The only recommendation that I would have is the need for more vegetarian food options. Over all A++.

Rooms are spacious and clean but the mattresses are average. Room service food is excellent as was the breakfast; however, dinner at the main restaurant wasnt impressive. Pools are very good but the pool staff werent attentive or engaging as they spent a lot of their times chatting in their hut. More supervision is needed. Mashrabya lounge has excellent view and comfortable chairs but again staff need more supervision. Mr. Anar of the front desk is outstanding and deserves recognition.

Their private beach is a good place to spend the weekends. Only thing is that they always reserve the sunbeds near the pool to hotel guests, this means walkin guests have no chance of hanging out by the pool. Weekdays is a different story though, the beach area is almost empty. They serve alcoholic drinks at 10am and food at 11am.

I just arrived to the hotel , the kids club not include the staying you have to pay 60 Derham per hour , the swimming pool small and the sand on the beach have a sharp things, I tried to talk with the manager about to the kids club to included or to give me discount at leadt but he was so rood i didnt like the way he talk to me , I dont recommend any one to stay here , there is too many hotels in Dubai nicer and much better and cheaper than fairmont

It was just amazing get away! We went there for our wedding anniversary and just fall in love with this hotel. I have never written review before, but I suppose now it is worth it. We stay at Golden Floor, that includes really fantastic amenities. Tasty breakfast with sea view, worth to remark omelettes and their variety.. It is exactly the thing when you want to eat ALL, but your belly does not allow you. Afternoon tea with freshest and tastiest snacks and of course Golden Hour... It was so amazing, drinks and food that the restaurant on Marina after was just nothingbut a huge disappointment. Area is wonderful, clean, nice and amazing smell in the air, big territory and so nicely organised... Staff is just wow, smiling, helpful... And of course, worth noted that during our stay we have received many nice small complimentary things such as macaroons, fruit basket, chocolate, muslim champaign. Highly recommended and we wish to come back soon and stay longer than just 2 nights!

I booked at this hotel using my Fairmont Platinum voucher and on the day of arrival I was told that the hotel cancelled my booking. No explanation was given after hours I found out its because I had complained to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts about an incident I had with another Fairmont that had shut the water on the whole building without any warning. This dictatorial hotel which has no respect to its guests just cancelled my reservation with no warning. I am in the industry and I will tell everyone in the industry about the disrespectful and unacceptable way this hotel treats its guests. On my discussion with them I told them This is unacceptable and that I would warn potential hotel guests on TripAdvisor and Google about the disrespectful way the hotel operates to which the hotel said that they would black list me if I was to report what had happened to me on Trip Advisor! I now question the authenticity of most of the positive reports about this hotel as this hotel wont allow guests at its hotel who are not happy about anything to do with this hotel or any other Fairmont property. I went to the Sofitel around the corner and stayed there, the service, and quality is better and the rates are better. AVOID THE FAIRMONT THE PALM

Lhotel è bello niente da dire per quanto riguarda la struttura.Il servizio di ristorazione lascia un po a desiderare.Se ci si siede al tavolo è perché si vuole stare comodi e ben serviti.Dopo aver ordinato un hambuger e insalata che non aveva alcun sapore, preparata da qualche giorno prima e messa in frigo confermata da loro stessi, ci vengono portate in scatole di plastica e le posate usa e getta.Abbiamo dovuto chiedere i tovaglioli e vari condimenti.Assurdo! Stiamo parlando di famoso hotel.Nei piccoli ristoranti almeno il servizio di base te loffrono.

Hôtel magnifique, service à lécoute et disponible. Le buffet et splendide et la vue qui laccompagne depuis la terrasse aussi. Les chambres sont bien équipée et spacieuses, petit bémol tout de même, le wifi nest gratuit quà la réception.
