Everything about this place is 1st class, the venue is amazing and the rooms are top notch. The entire resort is fantastically clean and all of the amenities are well looked after. All of the staff are very friendly and can not do enough to ensure that your stay is the best it can be. I will definitely come here again

extremely small beach area for such huge hotel. more like a big puddle Clean, neat, many facilities. A bit small room but nice. Some of the villas is far from beach and long time waiting for a buggy. A lot of constructions work around.

Worst experience with valet parking. One of my guests is staying in the hotel, and I went to meet him. It was the worst experience in my whole ten years in Dubai. The valet guys were asking hundreds of questions and didnt listen to what I was saying. First I wanted to meet the guest, and then the plan was to sit in one of their restaurants. They stated that the parking is only for the guests, not for the visitors. So I called the reception, and received the same answer... So where they expect the visitors or the customer of their restaurants to park? Are they expecting them to come by walk or any other method than driving own car? 6+ years Ive closely worked with the hospitality industry and never came across such a situation. What an experience, I never want to visit this place again..!

Absolutely loved my stay here last year... beautiful resort so much to do, numerous bars restuarants and night clubs all free entry on site to visit. The restusrants serve all different food from all over the world. The staff cannot do enough for you honestly they were all so kind and polite. If you were going to the beach from your room you could just call on the room phone and a beach buggy would come and collect you free of charge. You can order food and drinks from the beach bar... loved my stay here and hope to return again. ❤

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around... Great resort with private beach access for its resident guests. The complex also has good restaurant options to cater for different assortment of cuisines. Good to note are the spa and night spots (El Malecon, Boudoir, etc) that are famous within the city. The downside with the night spots is the traffic outside the hotel that can be a pain. Overall good place to visit

So from the direct booking to the checking. The staff was informative and pro active in offering help. Nice and clean hotel all around Inc beach, pool and room. We stayed with breakfast included and the breakfast buffet was good. Location is in a peaceful area, with Jumeirah Mosque near, the call to prayer was soothing rather than intrusive. Clubs bars etc within the resort but located away from residential quarters, it was like the clubs bars werent there. Room service was good. When you need anything there was someone who would get it done. I requested the mini bar to be removed and it was, learned its best to ask the right department. The residence did seem quite though not many people about but this could be due to the weather being so hot when we were there over 40 degrees!. So overall it was an excellent stay and me and my family enjoyed it. Only thing I would say as feedback to the powers that be, I think the resort could do with a makeover bring it in to a chic category, the room and its facilities or taps, showers etc seem a bit tired. Indeed last few nights the water was not going fast enough when having showers. To summarise. Great welcome, great stay, great happy staff, would like to mention Madhura and Saurabh for their welcoming and assistance not taking away everyone elses we encountered. Feel like it giving it 5 stars so here it is. 5 stars for staff and services. 4 stars for just missing out on its need to shed its internal tiredness. But this could be down to taste. Nice place but they have no control at all for the night party, just yesterday until 4 AM (5 stat resort!!!!!!!) people was shooting, at least 6 in same room at 4 AM. Is not our hotel, so forget about if you want relax seems not the right hotel, even considering the price.

The food and the beverages on the beach bar is quite awesome, the music and the place itself is great, I tried the seafood pizza and it was just as anyone expect, a real seafood pizza, only the prices are a bit high... otherwise, its a great place to chill with your partner or friends.

Wouldnt chose it of all the resorts in Dubai just because its small and old . Rooms are ok service is ok , I had to wait for 15 minutes to check out . They have three pools but all are small, The beach is limited with no outstanding view. What I like in this resort though is night life , So many night clubs and lots of restaurants .

This review is focused on the restaurants rather than the hotel itself. Theres a wide variety of food choices from Japanese, Asian, Mexican, Lebanese traditional and Seafood. They even have a night club too. If youre looking for miniature and older version of Madinat then try Dubai Marine. I personally recommend Loca and Flooka for food and drink.

i was humiliated ( Not Greeted) by the front desk person (Shafiq is his name i think ) who checked me in i always book suites at this hotel but this time i booked a standard room where they threw me at a basement room where you can barely stand up , sink was broken .. the hotel was nearly empty when i asked why this particular far , bad room , the front desk was intentionally laughing in front of other guests for the cheap room i booked and this is what i get , never offered a "PAID" upgrade which i would have paid more for or even offered a MAP for the resort so we can find our way to the room ... i visit there every one to 2 months but this will be the last ... thanks management

Its quiet and a very relaxed place to stay in Dubai. With its own little cove of a beach and three pools a nice choice of places to cool down. Service great with friendly staff. Apartments modern. Got room upgagrade on arrival.couple of drawbacks, 1.the prices are very high for everything around the resort especially the restaurants, even higher than dubai mall and thats saying something. 2.its a bit of a taxi ride to go anywhere as its too hot to walk in August.Metro station is being built close by.But recommend Dubai version of Uber called Careem. ..fab service.

First of all, I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotel and by far this is the worst ever. I would easily rate this hotel as a 3 star. The reason for my comments is the furniture in the room is very old, stains on the couch, sheets were dirty and many other deficiency . However, after complaining, they gave me a renovated room. Next, front desk individuals were taken personal phone calls and were rude in their respond. The door service didnt exist and the private beach, the pool and other area closed at 7pm. These were just a few things. Do not recommend this resort.

Pas mal varié mais le café est degueux. Hotel propre mais il faut être derrière les personnes faisant le ménage. Sinon hôtel très bien placé (un petit commerce juste en face, plein de restau....taxi pas chèr...

جميل جدا...ومناظر حلووه وحدائق المشكله ان ماتنفع ابدا في الصيف ولا اخد يفكر يستاجر فيها بالصيف رطوبه وحر تخليك تكره الطلعه للبحر موظف الاستقبال مبدعين جدا وسريعين كثر العمال عند الابواب للترحيب تذهب الى الفله التاليه بسياره القولف مع سواق الفيلا اطلاله للحديقه الفيلا تحتوي على : ثلاجه فيها كافه انواع الشراب والمسكرات غرفه ملابس تحتوي على روب للاستحمام ويوجد في غرفه الملابس وسايد اضافيه وبطاطين ومقياس وزن ومناشف وكذلك بطاقات للمسبح لا اخذ مناشف من هناك وحتى كذلك على مكتب وشاشه كبيره للمشاهده جميله نوعا ولاكن يبغى الحجز مبكرا لاخذها بسعر مناسب انا حجزت ب533 درهم وبعد الضرائب اصبحت 646 درهم ...سعر مبالغ فيه ،،،،والمطاعم غالين وكل شي غالي....تنفع يوم واحد لاكن بقيه الايااام اتجه الى فندق رخيص
