Our family comprising of 6 members and a baby visited Absolute Barbeque restaurant in Shaikh Zayed road, on 8th July evening. We had previous booking for 7.30 pm. The service was very good, and special mention need to be mentioned about Mr Jehangir, who gave us excellent service and was very keen to our requests and served us what ever food we asked for, immediately. The quality of food was also excellent and best taste.

Enthusiastic and Cheerful Staff, Great food, Innovative twists to all time favorites, and something to suit all palates... the 1 star less (4, not 5) is because they have a long wait list, and if you dont book at least 2-3 days in advance, you may have a long wait on a weekend (which is not the ideal scenario with small kids)... But, that goes to show just how popular they are!

Food was great - both variety and taste. Ambiance was fine, could have been slightly better. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the staff. Whatever your ask for falls into their deaf ears. We had to ask 6 times and wait for 15 mins+ just for a serving of fries. Some try to show funky attitudes. There is no problem with that. But in doing so theyll try to make you a joke. Ill say go there with your friends for a good food spread. But dont take your wife or GF for a fine experience. Youll end up loosing more points.

All you can eat Indian BBQ. It is an Indian restaurant that grills meat and fish to be served at your table. The food stays hot with the built in table grill. Suitable for hungry groups and families. I was disappointed though, they dont serve tea or coffee... weird.

Its alright if you prefer Indian style barbecues. The staff are relatively friendly but would prefer if they had some more professional training in dealing with customers. Absolute Amazing ! The palace where all the barbecue lovers will enjoy. Great food with unlimited buffet with an affordable price. Starter Barbecues are awesome. American Cheese Potato is something amazing. Loved it. After eating the starter you wont feel like to eat the main course. But dont try to skip that as well. Churrasco Pineapple is unique with cinnamon flavored. Wish grill is average. Chats are not the best as its not the chat corner. I love the fried ice-cream. So, overall I would recommend must visit place for food lovers.

Absolutely Outstanding! Have been there couple of times and never got disappointed. Its usually very - very crowdy, so I suggest booking a table at-least a day before vising. This is a very big restaurent with ample of space and huge buffet with barbecue servings. They have got plenty og options for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians. It is perfect for groups, families and small parties as well. The barbecue had Chicken, Prawns, Fish and Mutton Sheekh kababs. All of them were very nice! especially the fish and prawns. The Veg barbecue section had Paneer Tikka, Potato, hara bhara kabab, pinapple, watermelon, mushroom, gobhi, papers. They were very good too! There was a chaat section where you can have all the chaat items, the sevpuri, bhel and papdi chaat were awesome! Next to it was the Ice-gola section where you can try few flavored ice-gola. Plenty of options in main course for both Veg and Non-Veg section. They all were really very good! The deserts section had lot of variety including jalebee, rabri, kheer, ice-creme, assorted cup-cakes, fudges, brownie, fruit creme, jellies, etc. It was really huge selection of items and I wonder if you can eat everything. Overall a very nice place to satisfy your big apatite and hunger. Highly recommended!

I was too much into food that i dont even remember name of the dishes but , i will try few--- Am sure everybody knows about on the table self grill , this place offer (which isnt new but, great idea becoz in buffet , my worry is always about cold kebabs & starters , but here this wasnt the case bz all the kebabs were hot due to self table grill idea). Few concepts were new & must try like -- fried watermelon.too good. Pan flav ice cream.cant miss. Mongolian tawa starters (try with diff sauces) Crispy corns..awesome. Pineapple flavoured with cinnamon. Was amazing. Lebanese chicken was super delicious. (No miss)... Do not forget to ask for veg kebabs also. They have good options with great taste. Now few common dishes which i find very delicious --- Biryani (was best) Gulab jamuns..was in mini form but yum. Dal makhani. Man chow soup..loved it. Tandoori chicken.. Herb potatoes. Seekh kebabs was commendable:))) Very good thing we get butter naans in buffet:) Shahi tukda was too good.My best in dubai. Above dishes was too yum. You can also find penne pasta here & chutneys , dips & sauces were also too good.specially mango chutney.. Now few dishes need bit of improvisation in terms of taste like -- Firni (i dont think it needs saffron taste). Indrani cup (wasnt thick enough ). Orange cheesecake (wasnt cheesy enough) lol Butter chicken wasnt too great. Suggestions -- Pls add veg kebabs options in self table grill. (Cauliflower , baby potatoes , paneer, etc). But, whatever i had all 5 ratings based on that:))) Service & staff is amazingly talented like they know there job , they are good @ wowing customers:)) We drove in our car but, had to call uber to pik us up becoz we ate too much hahaha.JK:)))) so came with full tummy , lots of smiles , great expr. Absolutely phenomenal! If you love food this is the place for you! The appetizers consist of BBQs (as the name suggests) which keep on coming. BBQs range from all kinds of meat and they have options for vegetarians as well. After the BBQ which you can stop from coming at any time there is a massive buffet spread of Indian food from soups, salads, main course meals and dessert. Apart from all this there is a "teppanyaki" style counter where you can pick and choose your favourite meats/vegs and the chef will whip it together. All this for a fixed price of AED 75 per person. The service of the staff is fantastic! All the staff are well trained, courteous and attentive. The staff are pleasant and cater to each customer individually. So if you have a huge appetite and want something economical this is fantastic! I would strongly recommend this restaurant - if you havent tried it you are missing out......
