Reem MadkourDisappointing food. Chicken was dry and beef tasted like it was frozen. Also, who puts bell peppers in a taco? Difficult to mess up some pretty basic Mexican food but I guess anything is possible.

They just said it is allowed to enter only if the person will be spending there while they let to enter so many other people with no care. If thats tge rules they are having, then it has to be applied for all and the information about the same should be announced on their web site and fb page.

Peter LI had a terrible experience here. The only reason I went was because they had a Colombian menu for the Latin Festival and some friends wanted to go. Bottom line, the service was abysmal and food was not very good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I wont go into detail because it would take too long but basically we had to ask multiple times for them to do anything (bring an extra chair, a menu, our food)... We waited 2 hours after our starter to get our main dish and that was after talking with the manager. They brought out two plates and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my plate and that was after another chat with the manager. We didnt finish our meal until after midnight, and that was not on purpose. Did they try to make it up to us in any way? Not at all. Then to bring up the food, supposedly a Colombian chef prepared the menu, but I doubt it. Maybe they asked a Colombian what the traditional dishes are, but the flavors and preparation were not there. The server didnt even know what we were supposed to receive. We had to explain that the main course was two separate plates, not just a small bowl of soup with a piece of corn in it. I was more than disappointed with Ocacti and will never go there again.

Pawan ManghnaniSo the funny thing was that we ordered our food here and then signed in to zomato to check in. Read some of thr reviews, which were nostly negative and were apprehensive to continue. But stuck around. When our food finally came in, we nervously tried it, but it was surprisingly good. Possibly because our expectations were very low. Decent mexican food. Use entertainer vouchers. Do not judge a movie by its book ;) -- A drop of ink, may make a million think. @AyaashPaw
