A good place to stay.. Helpful staff,good food,clean & tidy rooms. Near to metro and most of city attractive places like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall are hardly few minutes away. Elevators are too busy most of the time which is the only consequence i find while my stay.

It was a wonderful hotel. Spacious room with really helpful staff.Though the food at hotel may not be the up your expectation you have plenty of option to go to a nearby malls as hotel is in downtown. I admire options and advises given at receiption by Prewash!

As the subject stated, i really cant count home many times i stayed in the hotel ( before even they change it from Warwick to Carlton Downtown Hotel), and I believeI tried all the rooms and maybe in all the floors. I usually book one bedroom flat or as they call it (Premium Room), Huge space with good size sleeping room and big separate living room some of the flat come with separate office room or big dining table. there are two bathrooms, one for the living room and the other with shower in the bedroom. helpful staff and free WiFi and valet parking. a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around and the metro station is only 2 min walk. and its close to Dubai mall. the only problem i face in this hotel is the elevators, some times i have to wait for more then 10 min although they are fast and 5 of them.

Nice hotel, staff at always polite and courteous. Stay there so often, I know most of the staff. Nice restaurant in the hotel as well as plenty of options nearby. Convenient location on Sheikh Zayed Road close to the metro.

Warwick Dubai is a luxury Hotel situated on Sheikh Zayed Road of Dubai which is heart of Dubai as per location is concerned. 200meters distance to Dubai Metro Station that makes your commute more easy . Just happy with their Breakfast buffet nothing special or extraordinary. Lifts are old takes long-time for a hotel that has got 40 odd floors need to have better lifts.

Its clean, comfortable room, the hotel style is good, and perfect location. When we arrived the staff said that they will take the bags to the room then they said that its up there, when we went to the room we surprised that no bags ! and two phones in the room are not working ! So we went down to tell them about our bags ! and the elevators are very slow and busy so 10 min to go down and 10 min to go back to the room !!

My rating is based on value for money. I paid Aed 1400 for 4 nights, the room was huge 3606, with everything you need. I was he for business so my review is also based on that, easy access to everything. Friendly staff and good service.

Not so good as room service and house keeping; had to call five times to get extra towels and one of the towels had some sticker on it. Its not really ideal for families and kids, a lot of youth taking in some one night standers. Their cold water is hot, hit water is even hotter. I mean, to be fair, is Dubai; hot country. But that doesnt mean they cant provide cold water. But, theyre relatively very affordable

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They dont know how to treat their customers. When a problem happened, they said we value our employees more than our customers. Thats exactly what Manager Ahmad said to me. In customer service, its very well known that customer comes first, but in Warwick they go by employee comes first. If you care about your employees more than your customers, then you shouldnt be in this business. You are a terrible manager, and Warwick should be ashamed of you. The problem started by a mistake done by your employee, and instead of apologizing, the employee acted like an idiot and didnt respect the customer. Your management rather than resolving the problem, they made it even bigger. You took the employee side over the customer. I wanna tell everyone here that the hotel kicked us (the guests) out. They canceled our reservation, which was already paid for, without even informing us. Then, I tried to talk to the hotel manager a guy from Canada, his name is Jan, who doesnt speak Arabic and his English is very bad (a hotel in Dubai should hire someone speaks Arabic or English not French), but he was so rude and unprofessional. Next review is gonna be about the prostitutes hanging out everywhere in the hotel and making everybody uncomfortable specially families. This is gonna go up all the way to the Dubai government and others as I promised you Manager Ahmad, and I am also gonna take it to social media. I would like to add one more thing. Manager Ahmad when I spoke to him the second time, he said the employee is on suspension, but that was a big lie. The employee was not on suspension, and he worked that day. The name of the employee is Bassam or something like that. The day was Wednesday, March, 1, 2017.

The entrance makes the hotel look deceptively small but the hotel houses first class facitilities. The inclusive buffet breakfast is divine and the rooms are well appointed and five star. The roof top bar is spectacular and the service was top notch. 5 stars.

Mmmmmmm.... Ive been here for 5 days. For 5 days I had to ask for extra hand towel. The bathroom is not very well clean. Compared to the other Dubai hotels this one is the worse even if breakfast is beautiful, and the skyline from the roof is beautiful as well...

Fantastic Hotel, very clean, Deluxe room very spacious with hot drinks available as well as a fully stocked mini fridge, quite expensive so check the prices before eating and drinking everything in the fridge. Good internet connection. Not a good place to change your currency, change your money for a decent rate, try next to the cinema in Dubai mall. Very nice restaurant, nicely prepared cakes and sandwiches, good room service, awesome relax area with pool and sauna on the roof, although I was way to busy to make the most of it. The staff fairly helpful, rooms are kept very clean so no need to call to moan about dingy towels and linen. 10 minutes from Dubai Mall and outside the hotel you can find Boots to Starbucks one minute walk. Metro on your doorstep with good connections to Mall of the Emirates and the Marina and even the beach. Not a place I did rate for kids as its more of a business zone on the busy Shieke Zayed main road surrounded by traffic and noise once outside. Not for peace and tranquility. I have stayed in this new hotel for a week now. I have to say, I have never had such a great experience in terms of the staff and how they are so polite and friendly. I think it is marketed as a 4 star hotel. In my judgement, it should be 5 star. I have stayed at the Royal Mirage One and Only Residence and Spa, which I have to say is a bit classier. However for those who want a very pleasant hotel stay in Dubai, I strongly recommend this hotel. Well done all at the Warwick

Id not heard much about this chain of hotels... But its right across to my apartment building... And id decided to stay there for a night once when the water pipe in our apt broke... One of the best experience ive had... They upgraded me to the penthouse suite ... Which was unbelievable.. Great service and quality food. Nice for a short stay! Beautiful city views on the upper floors...

Отличный отель. Цена качество устраивает. Приятный персонал. Из минусов. Вентиляция работает не очень и придя домой замечаешь неприятный прелый запах. Поэтому советую чтоб убирали каждый день. Завтрак шикарный с 6 до 11 часов. В спа салон, который находится на 45 этаже ходить не рекомендую цены завышены, а качество услуг оставляет желать лучшего.
