Anand NairBooked for brunch over the weekend, they couldnt find our reservation. We were seated at a lounge table by the terrace , had our brunch then and our son played in the lazy pool, by the beach and everything was ok. Service was very poor, apart from the one we received from the beverage manager and one waitress, we always had no cutlery on the tables, took time for the plates to be cleared and my wife asked for a pinacolada which she didnt get at all. Long way to go with the service. Lot of staff but no attention to the guest needs, buffet very limited and not something we might come back for. Chefs were very helpful and always offered their service....I am looking forward to the complete launch and more heart into the property and its services...for sure will consider to got and give it a try again...

Saif AlshaaliHad lunch there a couple of days ago with 2 of my friends. The access to the restaurant is a bit awkward. Even though I opted for valet parking we had to walk a bit to get to the restaurant. Something I am not a big fan of when the temperature is 35+. Even when we got to the place the entrance is awkward and no one is there to ask. After that was sorted though everything was superb; the view was spectacular even though we sat inside: the restaurant overlooks a pool which overlooks part of the sea and Dubai Marina. After we were seated, the service was prompt and attentive. We ordered the Cornish crab cakes and heirloom tomato salad for starters which were good. For my main dish I had the tenderloin (medium) as did one of my friends. The last of the bunch ordered the yellow fin tuna. The steak was delicious; ranks up there with some of the best steaks I had in Dubai. I tried a small piece of the yellow tuna and it was not anything special, I had better elsewhere. For dessert I had the lemon meringue pie and loved it. I would love to dine again at West 14th when the weather is more acceptable so that we can enjoy the view more.

Laith MukhtarI live here so West 14 is my Bar/Restaurant. However the last two months the place has gone down hill. No atmosphere drink and food very pricey for what it is. Happy hour drinks selection very poor. Sad to see it going down hill. Need better drink, food selection by the pool, happy hours to start before 4pm and more fresh fruit and smoothy.

Katerina SolodovnikIt was the worst experience ever!!! in the entrance one guy (I dont who was it cause he even didnt introduce himself) explain what they have and when we ask about access to the swimming pool he said that we can use it. Then we started to look at the manu and it was not correct the prices and nobody would told us if dont ask...fine we finish our lunch and ask about to open tab cause we going to pool...and when we getting there supervisor came to us and said that we need to pay for using swimming pool 200 dhs p.p.... This is absolutely ridiculous! . And finely Supervisor start to explain how it works here... So it means that here working not professional people who even cant meet you at the door and tell about venue that understand you want to stay here or you gonna change the place. Its not about money its about how you want to spend your day :relaxing after hard week or be cheated from place where you come...

The menu consists of many large steaks cooked by your preference with a sauce and a side dish of your choice. It is also possible to get a 25% discount card on all the food and beverages (including alcohol), just ask the waitress for assistance.

Zeynep Yurdatapan FerahMy favorite steakhouse in town. Great service, great dishes. Tenderloin Angus New Zeeland is delicious. I love to have it with the green beans in butter and as a sauce I prefer herb butter. From the starters the Calamares are awesome. They come with a sweet sour Asian sauce. The restaurant has live music on the weekends and is furthermore the beach at of Oceana residences and also offers shisha in its garden.. Great venue!

Service was good, choice of drinks excellent (for a brunch deal) food - although exceptionally cooked, slightly let down by the lack of meat for the main course!... I think it would be so much better if they offered a variety of cuts of steak (rib eye, sirloin, flat iron etc..) Other than that - it was very enjoyable and would recommend.
