Adnan Abbas-They put the gate half way down at 7:30 pm even though the closing time is at 8:00 pm -They stop encashing cheque at 7:30 pm, this need to be inluded in their website so people dont waste time going all the way to the branch

Nagaraju KPoor communication and slow processing. Need to wait more than 3 weeks for issuing a Prepaid card. Where as they are taking 4 days for new credit card issue.

Hanna SharabaikaHorrible queue, only one counter working for teller and sales. Other ppl working in the bank r busy with something else but not the costumers. Just to make a withdrawal sitting here for 45 min and its not the end....
