Jorge Tapia PeralWorst place on earth. If you are booking an insurance that has them as a preferred repair site avoid like a plague. Received my car in horrible shape, furthermore they did not properly connect the battery which led to battery failure two days afterwards. If you have an accident and your car is taken there buy a new one and sell the one they return as scrap.

Avinash RajanOne of the worst garages ever. Went there due to my insurance company. No timely delivery. Missed 3 delivery due dates. Have been keeping my car for 15 days without any proper delivery commitment. Lack of customer support. You are lucky if your call gets picked!

Mahmoud AwadVery poor service with absolutely ZERO honesty. They gave me one promise after another without any delivery. Good luck if you have some one pick up the phone to answer your request. I had to deal with them due to insurance coverage...if time goes back, I would pay out of my pocket and deal with them!!!

J-P MSome of the WORST car service and repair I have EVER experienced, along with TERRIBLE customer service, never ending lies, 6 missed delivery appointments with not even a callback, and finally had to force them to redo everything they had fixed in the car under my supervision, just to get a decent job done! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Aries DayritWorst garage in dubai always promise that my car will be deliver but waiting for nothing. it will take so many calls before someone will answer you still lucky if someone will answer your call. Calling the attention of AMAN Insurance Company to change your partnership with this garage. They should not accept if they are loaded of works its not my problem they should hire more people and dont make any promises if you cannot able to do it on your promise date. it only a minor dents and scratches in my car I are already got headache for the accident for the people who dont know how to drive safely. Faris please know how to deal with your customers you should know how to listen. The worst part is that when I received my car there are lots of paint mark inside my car that is very hard to remove and the car mat is very dirty that I need to throw. My oakley shades worth 850aed also disappear in my car that is hanging in the middle of my windshield . For the Filipina who worked in this garage I appreciate how you approached me.

Sara K.Although it is not near to my house, I had a great experience with this garage. As I have heard that the management team has changed for what was it on the past. My car as what theyve promised took 3 working days to get ready with an excellent finishing service. I have unconsciously paid an extra amount, but the second day I have received a phone call from Mr. Joseph whom is the General Manager so I can pick them up. I would recommend this garage for the honest, fast, & clean service as what every client wishes for.

Hassan ElhadjVery bad experience !! my car had a very minimal damage that took them 11 days to fix , after the insurance approval and I was even surprised that it was not completed when I went to collect it and I wasted 2 hours standing on their heads to finish it . The worst part is that they even damaged some parts of it .. Worst garage ever !!

Linda PhiriThe worst experience i have ever had. They keep on changing delivery dates, dont pick up calls and either do they call back, very rude, no customer care. Kept me waiting from 10am till 7:43pm and still didnt get my car. Called them as usual no-one answered.

Muhammad OwaisTold me it takes 1.5-2hrs and after 3-4 hrs the polishing is remain, and they need 3-4hrs. Not fulfill commitments. I thought its only me but one more guy is waiting. They told him it takes 6 days after forcing they agree on 4-5 days and he said now 8 days left and still they want 2 days. This kind of service specially

I even sent some friends of mine there and no one faced a problem. Further more when the driver was driving the car how did you know that he went too fast on humps?

And afterwards when I sow how he drove my car - its was disaster. He drove on full speed over the hupm. It was big mistake going to that this service.

Samer Kh.I have a land cruiser 2011, and used to have my service at dynatrade garage. Aman insurance has sent me to technik to repair my car after a minor accident. The service was excellent, they picked up and dropped my car from my house since I was busy at work. I would thank Aman insurance for guiding me to one of the best garages at the UAE. I would recommend this garage to whom ever wants a clean, fast, and honest service.
