I came in to tint my car and the service advisor noticed my tires were in bad condition. He explained the problem and gave me the best recommendation for new tires. When I discussed it with my friends later and I told them about the price, it turns out I got a great deal on the tires as well. Friendly service, professional technicians and a great atmosphere. I wont go anywhere else in Dubai from now on.

EXCEPTIONAL, each and every time. I have been a customer of Orange Auto for over a year now and definitely will continue to be . There are few reasons I keep coming back ; I have tried to summarize my experience on each visit: a) First experience - 3M tint . Done perfectly by excellent and courteous staff. What blew me away was the cleanliness of the facility and the customer lounge area which is very comfortable. In my 2 years of taking my car to other garages, I never felt comfortable hanging around the facility like I do with orange auto. b) Second time - Tyre replacement - Best price in market ; executed efficiently and for low cost. Couldnt be happier. c) Third time - Brake pads change - Again quoted brake pads cost lower than anyone else and work done for very good price and very well done. d) Fourth time (best experience so far) - Nano Ceramic coating ( Highly recommend this). They saved the best for this one. They changed my 4 year old car to look like brand new . Threw in free polishing , engine bay cleaning, nitrogen filling and best thing ever was they even fixed my sticky keys( buttons inside car getting soft and sticky due to heat) for FREE. This really was the game changer for me . Words cannot describe how good the work was. e) Fifth time - I went in a fifth time for a tyre puncture and a damaged wheel bolt. They fixed everything for half the cost I expected. If you want your car to be taken care by professionals who you can trust for their quality of work; this is the place.

If you have a car in the UAE, and you want to get interior or exterior detailing done, close your eyes and walk in to Orange Autos. I called them up this morning around 10 am for an appointment. Edward advised me I could come in right now. I went in there with my SUV in terrible exterior and interior condition. They performed express detailing for me in 2.5 hours time. The boys really work hard and pay attention to details so you walk away as a happy customer. Thumbs up, I will return with my other car and refer friends to you.

Issues happen as people make mistakes and its how issues are dealt with that leave a lasting impression. I had a wheel alignment and wash/wax. The wash/wax was great but the wheel alignment was not initially done correctly as the technician swapped around my wheels (with directional tires on them) to make the car go straight. I found out when taking a turn during spirited driving and the car handled badly and it made me look more closely at my setup. I had to return on two occasions for the ultimate repair to take place. Long story short, Edward, made sure everything was corrected, repaired, expedited after they found evidence corroborating my claim on the swapped rims...but the time I had to spend to make repeat visits was costly for me. Would I come back again, yes, now that I saw how Edward dealt with the negligence of one of their staff (whom Im told is no longer with them). I would always rather pay full price for a first time good service, but like I said...things happen.

I had been shopping around for a trust worthy garage that was clean and easy to use as most previous places i have found are not. Once there they recommended which tires i should put on my car, informed me of the benefits of using nitrogen filled instead of regular along with dos and fonts about driving and regular tire maintenance something i was completely clueless about. its amazing how a little bit of effort and information can make such a big difference in my experience. Hats off to you orange auto i shall be back soon!

I called orange auto for ceramic paint protection, they gave me all the information that I needed in full detail, something other places don’t. Unfortunately the problem with companies in general in dubai is that they fail to give you all the full details and information. With orange auto they provided me with everything, even though my car was brand new they showed me that even the agencies don’t take care of your vehicle when they deliver it as it had minor swirl marks from their car wash and told me that I would need a small polishing job before I get the ceramic coating done. They did take their time with my vehicle but it was well worth it! My car is now protected with ceramic coating and will last for atleast 4 years. Ask for Ashik , he was extremely helpful!

I went and got my Tinting done at orange auto , had a great experience! Especially since they sold me genuine 3m window films that came with an e warranty from 3m, something the shops in satwa or other shady companies wont give you. Reception was clean and yes, Lady friendly! Oh and the espresso was mmmmmm good!

They should learn to stop making excuses for bad customer service and perhaps treat their customers with a little more respect. When youre wrong, just admit to it. Instead you infuriate the customer and make them even more angry. On top of all that, when I asked if he could get me a taxi to go back to work while they change the tires, he blatantly just said No. Great service guys! Good luck with all that.

I visited Orange Auto for tinting. Hours later they kept calling for a review which I did. Now I discovered that my car paint was scrapped while I was there. Called orange auto they denied. Asked for video footage, denied as well. So let me review now. Looks nice from the outside but means nothing if this is how u treat your customers. Will recommend against it. Very disappointed

Very professional and friendly staff.. Price was good. They have a cutting edge alignment technology. They also have nitrogen to inflate the tyres (nitrogen is much better than normal air as it doesnt expand as much as air does which prolongs the tyres life and its much safer) .I highly recommend this place if you want to change your tyres. P. S. :One thing that I wasnt happy about is it took around 2h 30m to change the tyres and do the alignment. I hope they can improve this.

Very nice place to service your car. I was struggling to get my oil changed, since my Audi has no ordinary oil filter. So these guys found it in minutes, changed oil to Mobil 1 and washed my car for free :) I paid 270 AED here, while I was charged 350-400 in ENOC & 800 in other shops. Really happy I finally found a CLEAN, not overpriced & customer oriented shop.
