Nabeel IqbalPoor Customer Service. Expensive parts and labor. The staff, although courteous when meeting in person, are difficult to get hold of on the phone for an update on your vehicle. I have gone in 3 times for trivial stuff like an oil change, tire puncture, etc and I have always had to leave for more that 24 hours. On top of that the service advisors dont bother to call you back to update you on progress. Once the service/job is done they usually fail to explain the details. I am expected to call them atleast 5 times for a followup. Even escalating the matter to the manager is not taken seriously. My tire puncture cost me AED 250 .... yes ... AED 250 ... thats like $80 ... unbelievable They quoted me OEM AC Delco brake pads for AED 2,100 (back & front) with labor ... I got HAWK performance Ceramic brakepads shipped from the US for AED 850 and paid a garage AED 100 for installation ... They quoted me AED 5,000 to upgrade my navigation maps ... (i didnt do it) I own a Chevrolet Corvette and paid top dirham for their product, it is not too much for me to expect a progress update call and reasonable service times (oil change taking more that a day is just ridiculous). I will never get my cars serviced by Al Ghandi (Chevrolet, Fiat, GMC, etc). They have a lot to learn from Al Tayer Motors (Ford, Ferrari, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc)

saad jasimكان عندي سيارة فورد اكسبلور من الوكالة الطاير والصراحة كان ما اشيل هم اَي شي يصير في السيارة خلال فترة الضمان يتبدل ومجانا طبعا ما عدا الدواليب والباتري واخوي أيضا نفس الشي أيضا عنده فورد ونفس الخدمة الرائعة اما عند الكندي فالموضوع غير لازم تدفع لخدمات بسيطة وأثناء فترة الضمان ما انصحكم تشترون سيارة وتجيبون وجع راس لما تروحو للصيانة
