The positive feedback online is well deserved. They were upfront on what they could clean and what difficulties they would face. Drop off and collection time were exact and I ended up with car the looked like it had just left the showroom. Amazing work. Would definitively recommend.

Appropriate Prices (youre going to have to bargain) and customer friendly service. I had to get my brakes fixed because they kept making a loud noise when i tried to stop the car. They said the repair time would take two hours and it they took a bit longer than that. Other than the wait time, they gave me what I asked for.. Side Note: They also gave a 20DHS discount because coincidentally my name was Zain, which was awesome of them. :)

I found the car wash to be great while the inside cleaning was fine. I give 4/5 stars to the service. They are pretty thorough and fast. I have found their rates to be the best in the area. There are comfortable seats in the waiting area. For sure I will be back.

Had a car detailing package done for my prado last week. Not satisfied with the performance. The work done to less than average. Could have been done much better. Many places the spots still appear and it looks like a bit of hurry job. Need proper supervision staff if they want to improve the quality and the name in the market.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have used Zain. A superb service...on time when picking up and dropping off. Each car has come back to me in showroom condition. Even if Ive thought my car wasnt too dirty Im always amazed by the results these guys get. I have recommend to friends and colleagues who have also been extremely pleased with the job done by the team at Zain. Just a a side note; after reading the poor reviews today I can only assume that Zain have listened to any genuine complaints and improved their service based on lessons learned. I genuinely cannot fault this service. Top jobs gentlemen. See you next time.

So I tried Zain car care and the first time they did an ok job but was over priced. I decided to give them a second chance because everyone deserves a second chance but this time they returned my car with swirl marks all over it so I waited a couple months until it was ready to be detailed again and I told them to get the swirl marks out and do an interior clean and they thought they could charge me 1000 to get the swirl marks out that they put in. There is no way I would recommend Zain Car Care to anyone who likes to have a clean like new car. There are many details that they overlook and care nothing about customer service but love to take your hard earned money.

Took my Pajero to Zain for the Full Monty on 13 Dec 2015. The job cost me AED1,200 and the cleaning was average to good. My biggest problem was when I drove my car the next day for its service to Mitsubishi I noticed that the air vent blades in the dashboard were mostly disconnected from the control rods rendering the direction controls useless. I asked the dealer and they told me they have to remove the dashboard to repair the damage. The cost would be AED2,500. Zain would never see me again and I would discourage anyone else from using this service. They clearly lack supervision, the supervisor is always in his office if he is there........

Do wars ever garage the guys are not professional at all. they have ruined my car to a limit that the battery drained off during the cleaning process. when I phoned the guys the simple answer I got was replace the battery. even the quality of the cleaning was not up to the standards

I tried the 7 star detailing treatment on my Jeep grand cherokee. Very pleased with the results, especially the interior leather was conditioned to perfection. I definitely reccomend Zain. the only reason why im not giving 5 star is because the workshop itself, particularly the reception/waiting area could use a fresh coat of paint, a new sofa set and a coffee machine perhaps for customers to use while waiting. for their taxis. Also it would be nice to have a small display of care care products and cars scents to purchase.

I took my car as well as my friends car for detail based on the reviews. The car looked great after the polish. Once the polish wore off both our cars were full of "swirl" marks. Which was not there before. So in the end we ended up with cars that look worse than they did before we gave it to Zain. Since both our cars are black so the swirls pop out even more. After my experience Im not too sure about the good reviews on here anymore.
