Excellent place for European cars. Got my BMW AC compressor replaced by their team. A bit high on cost but worth the money specially with a dedicated person to keep you updated which in our case was Mr. Tarek. A great guy with strong follow up even after the work was done to find out if there was any issue and was I satisfied with their work! Will surely come back specially with their car pick and drop service which is a big plus for all working class. Cheers!

We recently had our car fixed (BMW - X6 ) and are very satisfied with the results. Michael helped us and he made the experience with power tech a positive one. He was very professional in answering all of our questions, updating us, sending recovery to pick up and drop off our car, and even cleaning our car before returning. They made our experience a breeze, and I would recommend this service, esp being that the price was reasonable considering the work!

Great Service, ask for a Manager named Tarek. Very candid in their assessment of my used car. When the assessment came back they were able to give me a solid discount on the parts (which I have not seen any other garage do!). I will make this garage my go to service center. PS. Keep in mind the Google Location isnt 100% accurate, call them for their exact location.

V disappointed to say the least. Very expensive for a straightforward oil change and service. Sparkplugs swapped over even though this had been done a few months back. Shoddy repairs that failed by the time the car was returned. I blame myself for signing off on the invoice and placing too much trust and not shopping around. I feel like I am an expat who is automatically charged more for simply being an expat. My fault. The front man, Michael, was great and just the messenger. I will NEVER go back.

Probably one of the best garages in Dubai, if not the best! Staff are beyond friendly and the work gets done properly. I took my C63 in for service, denting, and painting. The car turned out perfect and they gave me a good price. I think the best aspect of this business is the fact they have a free pick up and delivery system. They send a driver over to your house to collect your car, they service it, then deliver it back to your home with the car machine. What do you want more than that? Usually bringing your car to a garage in Dubai you get this turning feeling in your stomach, scared that they wont actually take care of it. I met one of the owners as well and was extremely friendly! Definitely the place to go!!!

Its a nice addition but they need to be meticulous about their work. I went there for my Mercedes Benz and I have to come back and forth to tell them the issues I was facing and every time I was told, it could be a new issue. But after insisting its because of re-programming and they check, they fixed in a minute. They also replaced my battery but the battery terminals was not properly fixed and it costed me few hours to find out they were lose. Overall, its a good experience but they definitely need to put more attention on each car they are delivering back to customer.

Just a pleasure to deal with Tariq who pampered me with keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs on my BMW X-5 while also accommodating my limited budget. Every thing was made clear to me before work began. Final invoice amount was same as agreed from the start and the car was delivered to my residence repaired. This level of attention and service comes only from those that take pride in their work and want to keep their customers happy. Powertech will be seeing a lot more of my car as it is a much more prudent choice for me than any other repair shop.

Excellent service! Could not be happier with their work. I have been servicing and maintaining my jeep there since they opened and all I can say is that they just keep getting better. I deal with a gentleman named Tarek who supervises all the work on my car, and makes sure the work is done and my car is ready when I need it as my work hours are hectic and cannot afford to not have my car for too long. Very cooperative. They have an awesome free delivery and pick service as well where you can pay on delivery either cash or credit and prices are convenient as well. Dont know what I would do without them!

Totally irresponsible, They had me rent a car for three days in order to make a minor repair on my car and then they said bring your car 3 days after the date they were supposed to finish with it. Never take your car there the guys are totally irresponsible. I had to pay 1000 dirhams for a rental I never needed.

Unfortunately, the endless search for a decent automotive garage in Dubai does not end here. A less than satisfactory experience. They ignored my specific repair requests and added to the trouble with powered rear-view mirrors not working after they had the vehicle. An expensive waste of time.

This is by far the worst garage you can get your car fixed at, this place is over rated, I had very bad experience there, my car was overheating, it took them 5 days to figure out the problem and get it fixed, unqualified workers there, I forced them to fix it in the 5th day i went there and waited, they wanted to have one more day to do very simple task! they ordered unnecessary parts, parts are by far over priced, they charge you parts for original parts while in reality they use replicas, they dont disclose this fact unless you ask and insist for an answer, after I got my car eventually I find out that my AC is not cooling, they damaged my freaking AC. Totally not recommended.

Was looking for a good garage to service my car and after searching a bit online found Powertech. Having good reviews though would give it a go. Contacted Ibrahim who was very helpful and providing an estimate along with any other information required. Confirmed a time and dropped off the car and they were kind enough to offer the drop off service. It was a minor service and the car was ready on the same day. All the checks were carried out, the computer reset and they even buffed/polished a scratch on the bonnet. All this at a great price. Nothing to fault. will definately recommend to all and use their services again.

I recently visited Power Tech Auto to assist me with deciding whether to purchase a car or not. The service was very through and helpful in helping me make the right choice, they even took the car for a test drive and printed a full report on the status of the vehicle. This was a month ago and so far so good, the car is running very well after I followed their advice and changed some minor parts of the car. I would highly recommend Power Tech Autos and Im definitely taking my car their for regular service.

For a simple wheel alignment, I had to return to this garage 5 times. Good thing is they return the car back to you, but whats the point if its not even fixed? I spent close to 6k AED here and still have the exact same issues. Lots of empty promises that THIS TIME IT WILL BE FIXED 100%. Always disappointed when the car is return and have to take it back the very next day to hear the same thing. It takes them DAYS to get the problem fixed when other places can do it for so much cheaper and on the spot. Unhappy customer, will not return.

Superb service. Collected the car and quoted same day. Prices reasonable and I was updated on progress regularly. I found advice on issues were honest and I was quoted in a way I could see worse case scenarios. I had issue with my A/C and I received a called to say that one of the most expensive quoted parts wasnt in fact required and the existing part could be refurbished saving me significant a amounts of money. Thank you for restoring my faith in garages! Car was delivered back and card payment was taken on delivery! Fantastic!!!

Ive used this garage twice. The first time was a brake replacement and have had no issues. The second time they fixed an oil leak, parking brake cable and changed two tires. This time the service was not up to par. I opted for the free pick-up and delivery service because their shop is hard to find. They told me they would deliver the vehicle in the morning. When the vehicle didnt arrive by 11, I called and they said lunchtime. Then they moved it to 2, then to 3:30. The vehicle arrived at 3:45 with different tires than I asked for. The actual maintenance of this shop seams to be sufficient but their organization seams to be lacking. Im on the fence if I would recommend.
