The service in this branch of Juma Al Majid is better than the one is Ras Al Khor. Our customer service agent - Mr Zeeshan was very helpful & have seen him going out of his way to handle customer complaints. The cashier seems like a customer centric professional as well. He cut short his lunch break to hand over my car. The only area for improvement in this breach is the space constraint. Perhaps the establishment should look at relocating this centre to a spacious facility.
